  1. Thanks for posting. Damn, I wish I was there.
  2. That terminal just south of Berkeley Springs was Compton Trucking a number of years ago. Compton was local not sure what they hauled.
  3. I don't have a speedo but that's a nice truck.
  4. Me too.
  5. That's a nice truck.
  6. I'm not a subscriber but clicked on the X on that cover page and the video played. That wreck is definitely chilling.
  7. Nothing wrong with that paint job. Looks great.
  8. Ed, Looks good. I have a left over can of interior paint from Mack which has the metallic. It is very fine and as Paul points out barely noticeable unless the light hits it. I like the gloss.
  9. It's really coming together fast. Looks great.
  10. That is one cool truck with a great story. Your plan to get it home sounds like the way to go, of course that is easy for me to say. Good Luck.
  11. I just bought a set of 673 valve cover gaskets from Barry. I think they were $32. Had them in two days.
  12. Sweet looking B. Where did the double line white walls come from?
  13. Welcome aboard. I'm sure you will find a lot of good info and also leads on some nice trucks.
  14. That is really cool just the way it is. I bet it would draw a crowd at Macungie.
  15. I would need a computer to make that calculation.
  16. Very nice. A fellow needs to act on his wishes now and then.
  17. Very cute. That look in his eye is "I want a treat".
  18. Thanks for posting. Jay is living the life.
  19. That's a fine looking trio. Even us old gimpy guys can keep up with them.
  20. Cool. It looks like one you would see on a Model T or A. Good luck finding a new home for it.
  21. I used the Dynmat Extreme which is only .067" thick. When rolled out it follows all of the contours of the panel so it should not be a problem useing it on the firewall under the pad. It should make a big difference. On that subject, I was not able to get a good fit or seal around the clutch pedal. It would be interesting to see how others have done that.
  22. That's him. I met him and his truck a number of years ago at one of the ATHS shows. What a character, what a truck. Sounds like he has about as many gears as FT.
