  1. Hey thanks Paul, i'll do that next time.
  2. Saw some secret stuff at the Aberdeen Proving Ground. I picked up these water storage tanks there, they're called Hippos.
  3. ...Then she had to go and put a rain suit on- A bird getting some lunch- I went to a different place, I went to the food truck and got a delicious beast and bean burrito- probably tasted better than it looked! Saw a girl in a car on a cell phone too- Saw a lot of deer.
  4. I took a pile of pictures this week- as randyp says I took a picture of everything I saw- like this big Mack truck at Art Reed's- and airplanes in the sky. and birds... baby birds a girl in a car on a cell phone- This little girl manhandling a big hose-
  5. He works at Carter Machinery now? That's right up here on 29 by Powell's. Is he driving back and forth from Fork Union every day? That's a pretty good ways!
  6. Sometimes, but when I do I just rub my belly with one hand and pat myself on the head with my other hand, while jumping up and down and turning in circles. Been working fine so far.
  7. Wonderful...yay...woo-hoo...
  8. Don't tell anybody this, but I don't think any of the cameras even work, except the one looking at the fuel pump. Taking the wood wouldn't be that big of a deal, because you can get more, but it was chained down on the front of the trailer I pull all the time and there was more wood on trailers dropped right beside it with no chain or straps on it. When they saw a chain on the wood and a sign on the front of the trailer that said "do not pull",signed by Jeff, they had to know it was somebody else's stuff. They even kept the chain and binder.
  9. I've heard of a watermelon roast before, first time i've seen pictures of one, or heard of one this big. I believe that at most watermelon roasts they only roast one watermelon.
  10. Happy birthdays!
  11. Since somebody took all my 4x4's off my trailer, and the chain and binder I had on them, I had to scrounge up more. I applied some red krylon to it so I could easily recognize it when somebody takes it next time. I put my padlock on the binder too. It was an inside job too, shame when your own co-workers steal your equipment like that, especially when there was wood in the rack beside the shop and on other trailers that was not chained or strapped down. Saw a big Mack truck on rt. 522 in W.V. And a Diamond T. I saw a big Mack truck near Indiana, Pa. too. IH Scout sitting in Ferrall, Pa. Cabover Ford in the building at Griffin Pipe in Lynchburg. I saw a girl at the Sheetz in Madison Heights getting some air. Saw Greendash motoring down the highway.
  12. Ding-ding-ding, we have a winner!
  13. Well, I might not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, as the old saying goes, but even I know that's just stupid. If you baked your hands in the oven at 450 degrees for 25 minutes there's no way you could roll another one for weeks, maybe months, because it would be at least that long until the burns healed and the bandages came off.
  14. happy birthday!
  15. No, it's long, not quite 75' though. I had to get a quarter of a mile away to get all of it in the picture. The load was already loaded on it, so I had to pull one of the 53 foot trailers. Sometimes the goat will be down by the road, other times he'll be way up high on the cut. I'd never seen him that close to the road before though.
  16. Speaking of bacon, I stopped at Adam's Country Store on the way back from Chesapeake with that container the other day. I love going in that store- just the smell of country ham and cured meat will cause you to chub- ... anyway, I bought up some seasoning meat that was left over from slicing bacon. Jo said " the doctor...cholesterol..." or something, but I only bought it to use for seasoning. You know, to put in a pot of beans or greens for flavor. It was this much, 3 or 4 pounds I think, but I cut it into small pieces and put it into sammich bags so they wouldn't freeze together then put them in a gallon ziplock bag and threw it in the deep freeze.
  17. Dammit, now you tell me! I just got back from the store with a thin crust pizza, a pound of bacon, and a roll of parchment paper. Guess I should have read those last two lines of the instructions, but I was really hungry and couldn't wait to try it because it looked so good in the picture- I cooked the paper and ate it too, but I must say it was quite delicious- which goes to show you, everything is good if it's wrapped in enough bacon, eh?
  18. I knew i'd seen this picture before, I photo chopped it (poorly) into Winfall a few years ago.
  19. Excellent! I sometimes have to poorly photo-chop pictures in an attempt to enhance otherwise boring subject matter...that, and everybody seems to like poorly photo-chopped Winfall wimmins.
  20. I saw a container down at the container getting place in Chesapeake- I went there to get a container, after delivering a load of coils in Franklin, Va. after I delivered that load of sand at Griffin Pipe. The James River, from Griffin Pipe. A girl getting in a car. Wide load in Chester, S.C. Saw this big Mack truck in Chester,S.C. too- I took a load of Kyanite down there in a van, came back empty- I'd been there a few times before but didn't remember what a good paying load it was, i'll take all of them I can get! Speaking of race tracks, I passed by the South Boston Speedway on the way to Chester. I took a load of pipes to Washington, Pa. and on the way back I passed by this goat- he's getting a little too close to the highway!
  21. They're my favorite kind- feet on one end, p**** on the other!
  22. I think you're right.
  23. I thought the same thing, I studied the picture before I re-sized it and it does look like her arm is missing below the elbow. I wondered if anybody else would notice. Here's another look, but it looks pretty much the same.
  24. Holy mackle, excellent kodiakatronomy! (randyp,1937)
