Hard to read, but I just noticed the fine print at the bottom-

...After I unloaded in Schaefferstown and went to Wellsville and got the load of aluminum logs that I unloaded in Prince George, Va. I saw this nice looking Ford truck in Crewe, Va. I didn't even see the voting booth there until I put the pictures on the computer. Then I took a van load to Chester, W.V. Had to go all the way to Columbus to get a return load, coming right back to Lynchburg. I-70 was shut down around the 2-hunnert mile marker because of an accident, so I got off on rt.40 to go around. I knew 40 was all good, because i'd delivered some wooden crane mats over there a couple of years ago...except that now the ramp was closed where you got back on I-70 because of construction. The guys at the construction site said to "turn left, go down to a crossroad where you can turn left, right, or keep straight, and turn left and it'll take you back to rt. 40." So I did, and found myself behind two other trucks. And when we made that left at the crossroads we were on a dirt road. There was a Deka truck, a Keen truck with the loader, and me- with a 53' 13-6 van- on a snow covered dirt road, trying to get back to the big road. We finally got back to rt.40, then went back to I-70, and got in line about an hour or so behind where we were to begin with, and sat there for another hour. The only good part about it was that Dolly Parton happened to be right beside me. These folks were behind me- ...and since seat cover season is pretty much over unless you're in sunny south Florida, here's a girl in a car picture from the interweb- and here's another girl in a car picture from the interweb- And here's a big Mack truck I used to drive, I scanned the picture from a photo album- digital cameras and the interweb hadn't been invented then. another big Mack truck I used to drive- And a bike I used to have, A 750 Kawasaki. Pretty bike,eh? I traded it in on an LTD1000 Kawasaki, which was just an awesome machine.

I've been working on cleaning up where my shed used to be, so I can start on getting a replacement shed- I borrowed this magnet on wheels from work, it's got a super-strong magnet on it, i've been rolling it to and fro trying to pick up as many screws, nails, wrenches, sockets, etc. as possible. So, I get to the shop last Sunday and some jackass had dropped a trailer right in front of my truck, in the middle of everywhere. No problems though, plenty of room to get out- Saw this mud bogger in S.C. somewhere. Saw this BJ and the Bear looking truck in Charlotte, N.C. I took a load of steel to Columbia, S.C. then went to Earhardt,S.C. and got a load of posts going to Schaefferstown, Pa.

I've been deleting some of my attachments from the site, but I get distracted by girls in cars a lot. for example- that's some nice ones! I took a few pictures this week too. Sandstone mountain- Brought 20 pallets of buckets of nuts and bolts from Itasca, Il. to Norfolk Southern in Roanoke. I saw a chrome building in Chicago. ...And the Sears Tower. A big rodent. Billboard advertising a gentleman's club- maybe the best name ever for a gentleman's club!

that's funny Bob! And no Ed, I just saw it on the facebook and thought it was hilarious!

No Vlad, the tarp is real. I got it Friday and draped it over the corner until I can get the siding replaced.

I agree 100%

You're exactly right about that, I was spraying the siding on the house with the garden hose the whole time the shed was burning to keep it from igniting. I was just sitting here going over my list of what was in there, and looking at Northern Tool, Lowes, True Value, and Wal Mart websites trying to figure out the value. I'm up over $2500 already and i'm sure I forgot some things.

I've never heard of anyone having anything bad to say about the man.
-
I had three plastic gas cans in there too, along with the metal one. One metal one was empty and was outside the shed, I just kept it because it was old.

I went over to the shop and got a tarp yesterday- Stopped by the store in Winfall on the way home...

If you can save the picture to your PC instead of posting directly from your phone you can resize the picture first, that's what I do. Well, I put them from my camera to the PC, I don't take many phone pictures. I don't know if you can resize them with a smart phone, or change the settings to make the pictures you take smaller, I still use a Motorola flip phone.

Overnite was a non-union company, the largest non-union co. I believe, and just about everybody that worked there talks about what a great company it was to work for before UPS took them over. They have an Overnite facebook page for former workers, have reunions, etc. but I haven't seen or heard any of them say anything about it being great after UPS.

My poorly photo chopped pictures might be done poorly, but after years of practice they aren't too bad. Yours however, is horrible- keep practicing.

I've had that craftsman tool box since 1974.

This week, I saw a new Lonestar at the shop. Damn nice looking trucks they are! This one has a ISX550 Cummins with an 18 speed. I saw my shed burn down, almost taking the house with it. I can only assume that a spark got from the smoker, and either caught the leaves on fire or blew over to the shed. It's been terrible dry here and I was inside instead of keeping an eye on it, but i'd only been in a few minutes, and that's all it takes. My Craftsman tool box that i've had since 1974. Hey, my drill! Crafstman tool box i've had since 1974, after I picked some wrenches and sockets out of the debris. My chain saws, a grinder, and one of those things at bottom left is my Stihl leaf blower, the other one is a weed eater. ...and check out this coil rack- and this is a heavy steel coil rack, not the flimsy ones you usually see. And the set of dies in the plastic case that i've had since 1974 is barely damaged! The pocket knife was in my tackle box, probably had it since the '60's. The blade was broken, but it had a fish scaler, hook remover, and a bottle opener on it. A couple of Mepps spinners and a couple of spoons were about all that was left of the tackle box i've had since I was a kid. Found some hooks and swivels, rods and reels gone of course. I was going to throw these ratchets in the scrap metal pile, but then I remembered the Craftsman guarantee. Oh, and I found this little bell. I didn't know I had it, don't know where it came from, but it was in the Craftsman tool box that i've had since 1974- and it still works. This will come in really handy when i'm sitting here watching TV and need another cup of coffee or another beer, I can just ring the bell and Jo will jump and get m.......................................................................................................
