  1. Thanx for looking mower man! It was one of those sitting down having a beer moments and it came to me! So I dropped my beer and went an looked sure enough! thank fully no beer was wasted over this!😂
  2. Yes I believe so! makes the most sense for now! I apologize for being abrupt in the prior post but people tend to keep trying to figure things out with out trying posted avenues of investigation and it tests my patients ! We all mostly come here in an effort to help people with our experiences !There are a lot of willing guys here a ton of knowledge to tap just got a ask and proceed with the suggestions to try and get to the bottom of things! There are a lot of times you will get question answered by a question and there is usually a reason ! NO one knows everything!
  3. Find you self a Bosch fuel shop to replace the sensor inside the pump( My opinion )
  4. The code is pointing to the fuel pump having to be removed and the sensors being replaced The rack actuator is likly faulty !
  5. Bro.we don’t got any magic wands here just experiences ! Did you try the plug thing ? That will cause this! Quit asking questions and try stuff posted ! Everyone here is trying to help but you need to help yourself to we can’t fix stuff virtually! Just sayin! Post what you’ve done and we can move on to the fix!
  6. Again ! Try unplugging the plug at the pump half a dozen times and see if the symptoms change if it does it’s the pins in that plug or the wires to the pump!if not it’s inside the pump itself rack actuator! fretted pins can cause what you have ! the most common fix was to hard wire the pump rather than repining the plug due to how much they gouge for the pins and bits ! Volvo Criminals!
  7. You need to check codes first if none then it Sounds like the rack actuator is fubar ! Try in plugging the plug at the pump half a dozen times and see if the symptoms change if it does it’s the pins in that plug or the wires to the pump!if not it’s inside the pump itself rack actuator!
  8. So an update! I found the issue there is a hoepack switch on the machine it got bumped into the on position and the lines at capped off! 🙏thank god I thought I would be chasing this for weeks!
  9. So guys having an issue with the backhoe ! Went to unlatch the boom today and tried to start operating it and it sounds like something is still engaged and robbing power everything is operating slowly on the back end the bucket seems to work fine but all the functions on the hoe are slow and at idle there seems to be load on the engine! Any comments or help appreciated!
  10. It just doesn’t get better that that!😊
  11. Boost ain’t that bad for what you have there have you seen better? 33 would be nice however it’s a high mileage engine! At what rpm does it start to pull?
  12. Me thinks you’re correct!🤔mighty fine looking units!
  13. sounds like you got a bad injector ! a bad pump would turn on the engine light!
  14. Heinz to the rescue!👊
  15. Another project for the Heinz me thinks? Maybe post the vins from both trucks and see if he can cross reference the engine housing s !
  16. where is the Heinz when you need him! ?? 😅
  17. Paul has the ticket there ! How ever as he mentioned there is likley a reason ! I have seen it done!
  18. Possibly! Are the sticks located in the front or mid section?
  19. just my opinion ! but i would mock it up first before tightening it all down to be sure everything will line up! There is a lot of room under a Cl hood! for compromise!
  20. I would suggest just do the manifold and upgrade to 5 inch exhaust and see how it feels to ya! Injectors can be done at any point! Just got to let it breathe! The turbo should spool better with the manifold setup! I think your best to stick with the 427 program it was meant for the gears you got a wider rpm band! The 460 was meant for a multi speed trans 18 speed!Try it with the basics first! Is the manifold you going to use for a CL ? That model was tipped slightly towards the engine!
  21. K so no nibbles on that ! So check and clean the flywheel sensor if it’s a standard!
  22. Good call Tjc low voltage is the enemy in most cases it can weld the solenoids ! If you got good crisp current it really makes starting much easier on the starter!
