Okay, this is bizarre. This thread keeps showing up in my "new since last visit" posts, always with Lucerne's name but with an updated post time. If I can drive a Volvo, you can certainly drive a Pete. It was riding in the shotgun seat ( or milk crate) of R and U models that got me hooked on this nonsense also. I rode with my Dad in many brands of trucks but the first rides were in Macks. They quickly became my favorites long before I knew the legacy behind the Mack name. My Dad actually encouraged me to get into trucking because he'd never seen me show so much enthusiasm toward anything they way I did when I was around trucks.

Barry, Thank you for speaking up for the members of BMT and and handling the situation in a civil manner. I fail to see any harm in sharing truck photos with fellow truck enthusiasts on another site provided it is not for profit and credit is given to the photographer. To each is own I guess, but my pictures have no watermarks and have appeared on various sites and in Youtube videos. I don't give a crap, I posted them for others to enjoy and as long as no one is profitting from them, they can post away. My user name on Hank's is Boll Weevil.There aren't a whole lotta pictures of mine on that site but if anyone here has a use for them for "recreational purposes", you have my blessing to use them as you wish.

Sorry to hear it was your own grandson that did this. I agree that he needs to learn a lesson, kids these days get away with too much crap. When I was younger proper discipline took precedence over the fear of causing emotional scars. It was a system that worked.
