OK if you want to feed the lawn mower and the trimmer, not so good it you want to take the 554 CID Waukesha for a ride to a car/truck show. I'll bring it to Macungie and one or two very local shows but guess who will not be venturing out of the garage much this summer? We spent $2600 on groceries last month. I am working my part time job and the wife picks up some overtime, but the 12 hour shifts kick her butt. We can barely keep our heads above water. This is insane. As of this morning, it is $4.76 at the station I prefer to fill up at, but stations all over are clinging to the $5 range. The hot rods won't be out and about much this year either. Might spend more time on the Harley. Luckily the Mack has 1/2 tank, so the first race on Memorial weekend will be "free".
