Its nice , needs to be driven regularly. It fires right up when driven daily. Smooth ride too. Highway speeds are easy and it will get up and go..

My wife is selling her Daddys truck. Its a sweet truck. 38,000 miles. 305, 4bbl, auto. Runs great, drives like new.  $13,000.00KIMG0972.thumb.JPG.a04a9cd538e34bbf681a48d687a920c0.JPG

I've got one one of those but not that clean. Cab isn't bad, but the bed is a bit beat up. Not a rust bucket thank God. 350 4bbl, headers and and an Edelbrock manifold. 600 holly, runs strong. I like those square bodies

we have had over 200 views since lastnight and 2 cash offers and I just talked to a guy in N.Y. State who will be in the area this sunday..  $13k firm I guess... even had a Concord N.C. classic car consigner contact us to put it in his showroom.

The only way that truck could be better is if it had the New Process NV833 4spd OD transmission in it. Behind that 305 and with 3:55 or 3:73 rear would be a holy grail ride for some square body enthusiast. Manual transmissions in that era of GM pickups almost seem rare. Fords seem like they are a dime a dozen.

I agree.. i always want standard shift..  hell i converted a couple of my chevys. Still have one today.  but this truck is sweet.. smooth ride. Really not a truck ride at all.

It will be a sad day when it goes to a good home to be driven and to shows.. My wife will be a mess for a while. We dont have to sell it, but it just sits in the shed and i drive it every few months... Its by far the nicest truck we've ever had.
