Thier everywhere there’s no avoiding idiots and as far as junk … couldn’t be any worse than this DM truck really needed everything… . And leaking oil I had to put a quart in just to get it turned around lot of it was running on the ground also coolant leaking topped off radiator now it’s dripping on the floor….. too many issues lol bob

they are NOT issues but future challenges !! on a nice very hot sunny day when neighbor has all their windows open and wind in right direction ;; start the Dm with intake pipe off and spray some ATF fluid in intake so exhaust will send smoke their way.  only for short time. when they call law enforcement . you want exhaust clear and clean !! "don't know what they are talking about officer , look it runs clean " LOL

I’m sure that’s happened that time too prior to this, but it usually blows the other way towards the guy‘s house I used to like unfortunately he just sold the house and moved to Seattle. I don’t know who are gonna get in there now he told me the house is in escrow sold. I suppose I’ll find out but I put up a 6 foot fence so I can’t really see over there unless I’m sitting in the Mack and it’s parked over there and by the way, yes there is an Allen screw on the other side of that pitman  arm. I believe I have a 3 8th Dr. socket for it. Let’s see how easy it comes out of there. By the way, it seems like wherever I’ve lived. There’s always been an idiot next to me. I guess most of us have the same issue.

With the crab cap you can still get the cap off with the blower on it.  The spacer under the blower gives a bit of room.

You can buy an offset distributor for $1k but this way works just fine.

Got to love a supercharger. My girlfriend got given a Buick Regal by her cousin. It was a nice looking car and comfortable but I figured it was going to be a slug. Then I drove it and heard the blower. Boy that thing woke up that little 3.8

Ya, those turbo Regals were quick for their day.  The Grand National was top, then there were a few other variants(Regal T type) that weren't as flashy as a GN but same motor.

That 3.8 was a weird one.  The crank journals were all offset(rods didn't share a journal).  Wondered how that thing stayed together with power they made.  Mom had a 76 Century with 3.8 and it was a dead slug.  Gutless beyond any belief.  It would run 65 on the highway but if you leaned into it and it downshifted, it started slowing down and made a whole lot of fan noise. How they turned them around in 20 yrs.

My 390 makes near 700 HP with 7# of boost.  It will be a handful to drive if you don't pay attention.
