tjc transport Posted November 19, 2021 Share Posted November 19, 2021 a friend of mine has a 70's dm with planetary rears in it. originally a V8 truck, but when the V8 blew up back in the 80's they put a 1710 V12 cummins in it. rig has 14-24 tires on it. hauls a 100 ton trailer with 12 foot wide 30 foot long double drop deck. empty the combined weight of truck and trailer is 87,000 lbs. 1 Quote when you are up to your armpits in alligators, it is hard to remember you only came in to drain the swamp..
