LOL!!   Ya, it is convenient to put it there to keep it under cover.  Only  have room in the shed for one tractor(the 149) so until spring that is where it will sit.   When I picked it up from my friend it was sitting in the back yard, under a ripped old tarp.  We had to drag it out of the woods with his bigger tractor as the tires were all flat and it is hydrostatic and the pressure relief handle is missing.  We actually were able to put some gas in the tank, a battery in it and it started and I drove it up the ramps into my pickup.  I was surprised.

Yes, the oldies are starting to command big money, as no one wants to bite off the payment on a $20K lawn tractor!!  Kinda like old cars.  Most figure you will pay a fair sum for a decent old car then $35K for a new car.

And pickup trucks. I wanted a newer truck than my 2002 Ranger, but not brand new, like in the 2008 to 2012 range, with enough power to cruise up 81 200mph, so I could keep up with the rest of the traffic, but they're all just crazy high, even with well over 100,000 miles on them.

Yes they do require some work, mainly to replace old hydraulic hoses, but they are paid for and I can afford a whole fleet of tractors for a fraction of the cost of a new one

John Deere E120 Mower

this system is very old. All of the john deere 100 series have an oil change system as described in the topic. Not 30 seconds but still not that long

Here's our Bolens at a show a few years ago. I had the one with dual wheels but sold it but still have the other three that were dads.

I got a tractor from my friend who said it was a Bolen's, but turns out it is a 1982 MTD 824 Classic. Some day I want to paint it back to original.

I found a couple old adds.

It's retired now, but it served me well for a few years mowing 2 acres of the yard. But I would have to refuel it's 4 gallon tank to finish and the new Kubota B2620 diesel will do it 13 times on 4 gallons, LOL

Got my first Case a couple of months ago. Found a kwikway loader that should be on it in a week or so.
