The units were shipped there as a full knock down assemblies, so the Caracas factory would have assembled chassis, drive train and added cab assembly. j hancock Posted December 4, 2017 Author Share Posted December 4, 2017 I had a conversation with the owner this afternoon and the truck was built in Venezuela in 1983. Shortly thereafter, this truck and a couple of other trucks were purchased by a broker in OH because their sales fell through in Venezuela.
