Despite the integrated manufacturers attempts to squash Cummins, the customers keep demanding Cummins power and Cummins thrives! Their 5.9L I-6 that Dodge ran for years is the best engine ever put into a production pickup. Their bigger engines are top shelf, too.Their 6.7L engine in the Ram pickup must be pretty good, too. I know, I'm a hater. Cummins makes good stuff. Love the 5.9 I6's both 12 and 24 valve...I have to say turning up the 24 valve makes for one heck of a good engine and a whole lot of fun to drive.
