I'll take a stab at it.

1969 Holden HT Monaro GTS 350 Coupe in Verdoro Green.

The same green that was very popular on the 1969 Pontiac GTO here in the USA.

GO TO THE TOP OF THE CLASS MY FRIEND, SPOT ON! A GREAT VEHICLE ALL ROUND BUT SADLY NOT MUCH CHOP IN THE BRAKES! THEY WERE GOOD FOR ONE BIG STOP AND THAT WAS IT! BULLET PROOF DRIVE TRAIN I.E. 350 CHEV, SAGINAW 4SPD ETC

Mick, those all models were assembled off plastic kits of different producers. So they conein lots of hand work and were built as single exemplairs. Many were strongly modifyed using different optional custom parts or just scratch-builded stuff. For example if you look at the pic 2 from the top of the list there's DAF chassis with high detalization. The man who built it worked it out as the vehicle he drives every day by his job. The cab used the resin casted one from the Great Britain firm, the chassis components were of some plastic high-series models strongly modifyed though and the engine was almost scratch-built. He said on my question that he multiplied it by resin casting for his future projects.

So at all there's a lot of prducents of different plastic kits with nice-looking pictures on their covers although you need to add a great amount of time, labour and attention to get a really good rig on your shelf. It's also a kind of adventure anyway.

I blame it on Mad Max!

I grew up around Detroit muscle all my life and decided to branch out to see what was on the other side of the pond. I found Aussie muscle to be very similar to American cars in design and performance. Body shells and styling cues and most times good old V8 power. Some of the later Holdens even had polycast honeycomb rims.

I'm amazed by the cars that were produced from 66-73.... Monaro and Torano, Ford Falcon GT, and Valiant Chargers with that wacky slant six.

I don't get to see these cars in real life so the computer age brings them closer to me.

Is the Ford N-950, the resin cab from DAN Models in Ploiesti, Romania?

I bought one and the chassis kit, but never did anything with it. Paul

I think you're right, Paul.

I saw the pics of pre-assembled not painted kit and too liked how clear it was done.

So when I found out that ready truck I fixed it in my camera.

As for me I don't.

Just too liked how it was done.

Would be too interesting to learn the answer of your misterious question.

Looks like it was done on the 1st page Paul, I don't use to miss your attention.

I had no talks with the folks who brang that Ford to the show although I spoke with the Czech guys who built the crane and got their contact for the future.

Going to wright them, will ask about the Ford also, shure they're familiar with it and maybe with the Romanian modellers.

Good old Mad Max! I've lost count how many times I've watched that! Yeh we had some sweet rides over here, still do as a lot of them are being restored and driven. My weekend ride is a '70 HG Holden Belmont ute which I was going to drop a V8 & auto from a later model in and make it a street machine until I realised I had an unmolested example with 77,000 original miles on her I made the decsion to keep it stock. As for Monaro, Torana, GT Falcon and Charger well if the Supercar scare hadn't killed them off in the early 70's and things had gone where they were heading who knows? Stupid thing is now they're building cars over here with even more power and nobody says a thing! :whistling:

It is either Dan or his son from Romania, as they both trade on Ebay. They are the only one's that have the 60's N and F series in 1/25 as far as I know.

The Lovemachine truck was custom built here in Moscow.

The guy painted and printed the decals for and made a lot of detailing.

He showed out here once, asked for advice over the gear box.

And MH was also done here by the other chap.

Hi used AIM cab, filed and filled it hard though.

Than built the double steer 4 axle Aussie chassis.

He also looked an advice here but for that chassis.

With no luck if the memory served me good.
