  7. That’s one of my priorities pulling mine off and pulling out a part. It still charges well but I’ve had a truck 30 years and who knows what kind of condition it is inside. I’d like to at least pull it off pull it apart blow it out clean it up and try to squeeze a little lubricant Into the bearings. Good luck, bud…. Bob
  8. Joseph, this is the company I was talking about apparently it’s owned by somebody else now I didn’t read the whole story, but it looks like somebody took them over for some reason or another bob
  9. 1970 to 73. That was the last time I rode with him he wasn’t even supposed to have any riders he used to sneak me a board we were also in a U model Beacon fast Freight I’m sure most of you remember them great times wish I could go back. Bob
  10. Thanks for that. It was a long long time ago and I was very young, but I wanna say they were too tone paint jobs nice to see they’re still active. I would’ve guessed New Haven. I guess I was close…. Bob
  11. That reminds me of years and years ago when I used to ride with my pop through Connecticut, there was a rental outfit right off the highway. I don’t know where we were but they had gray U models and there was hundreds of them at least that’s what it look like they might’ve been maybe 30.all lined up I mentioned that a while back and somebody was familiar with the rental company and they said it was still there.   16. I like the flexible flyer I had a couple of them or at least that’s what he made it look like nice job
  17. i worked with a lotta guys in the 80s,that had them,,,never heard anything bad about them,,,,except they were rough riding

  19. wow brings back memories of childhood,,,,we had a sand and stone outfit close by that would pass my house all day with those things,,,they were mostly mixers
