  1. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA........AHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHA! I cant freakin breath!
  2. The twin turbo 475hp ntc warrants pics, that is unless your lying! lol. No 3408 in a Mack, ive asked too, the KT's were used but I have never heard of a 600 only 450's, doesnt mean it didnt happen though.
  3. Hey ask if theyll sell the truck, dont torch it, geez where does everybody think those things went anyway!
  4. Hell an 03 is the truck to have, get with Rochester fuel injection for some injectors and a turbo and redo what you've got. I'm still looking for a cheap CHN from 04 back to rebuild from front to back. We did the math on here a couple times and after you count fuel and repairs buying a cheaper older truck and rebuilding the whole thing interior and all is cheaper in the long run. And you have a non emissions truck, I say stick it to the man.
  5. That truck looks right at home with that bull rack, nice!
  6. I love going into auto parts places for stuff, most of the time its for work, so it will be for a backhoe or [piece of railroad equipment. Ill ask for what I need, theyll say "what is it for" ill say, "you wont list it I just need this item", "I have to look it up", "ok its a 1995 Harsco Jackson 6700M tamper"....the look of bewilderment and utter duh huh as they start to type and then trail off is awesome. I went to the Mack dealer a couple years ago and was talking to one of the new kids on the block, he said I needed a new truck, I said "why mine pulls better than the new ones", he said "no way, the MP10 is the biggest engine Mack has ever made itll outpull anything", I said, "not a good running E9", he said "you mean an E7 and its waaay bigger than an E7" I said " no I mean an E9 and if you werent born after they stopped building them you would know what Im talking about" He got upset and walked away, lol!
  7. CAB? you call that a cab? I never really liked playing with skid steers, just not my thing I always seemed to be on the edge of going over forward (or going over forward).
  8. Mine had the E9 lope till i swapped injectors, call Antrim Diesel, they can do some oe remans or some bad boys, I have the hot rod version like MHE9 and a few others and they are seriously hot, youll need a bigger turbo to get full use of the added fuel and keep your egt's down. I talked to them, about injectors a couple times and they said they would do aything from mild to wild and they know E9's pretty well.
  9. So far a D6R and a PC220LC are the only loads that have even made the old 44k camelback smooth out any(rough ridin basterd), dont think they moved the springs much.
  10. All the good trucks are up north too bad since all the crooked politicians are there too! and the funbags, i mean airbags in that car were worth the pic!
  11. Ha, so follwing too closely never entered the mind of the idiot with the now concrete coated hood and did ya notice the slats they put on the gound for the lumber to sit on behind the flat bed. I had been told by an older guy around here they used tio unload lumber by pulling it to the back with a chain or something until it would tip, then just driving out from under it slow, never believed it till now.
  12. Got heavy duty Neway air ride like a front dump mixer on it, should do pretty decent off road. I have driven a couple KW dump trucks and coming from Mack RD's and Granites that I could spread road and the back iof the frame rails never moved to the KW I was very surprised to see how much the frame flexed back there spreading. I guess they all have their good and bad but the double frame on an RD688 Mack tri axle was definitely stiffer than the double frame on a T800 tri axle, the back end would move a couple inches easy spreading.
  13. Sort little guy aint he? Seems like a 4.30 with the 318LR trans would be a nice set up but with 55mph speed limits I guess some 4.64 or 4.80's would work just fine too.
  14. A 9 spd with a 4 spd aux box? Ive been pondering that for a while now instead of an 18 spd swap, just cant get my mind around cutting the floor for a shifter and cant fiond an air shift 4 spd used.
  15. I dont think there has ever been another sound that gave me goosebumps like a hot rod V8 Mack, maybe a C5A-B galaxy landing but that would be it. That is definitely a Bad Dog, Killer, Bad Dog and all the other V8 pullers have got the market on bad ass.
  16. Heres a CHN613 (CX) with a 20k steer axle (never available in a CX) http://www.truckpaper.com/listingsdetail/detail.aspx?OHID=3675117 R688ST? http://www.truckpaper.com/listingsdetail/detail.aspx?OHID=4883979 R685? http://www.truckpaper.com/listingsdetail/detail.aspx?OHID=5032543
  17. Are dealers really this stupid? I actually had a local Mack salesman tell me I knew more about mack trucks than he did, apparently its pretty common. I found a CHN with a Caterpillar engine at a Mack dealer and 3 R600 Macks at a Mack dealer, they were an R700L, U model and CH, does this just bother me? http://www.truckpaper.com/listingsdetail/detail.aspx?OHID=5149391
  18. One of those R735's would be freakin awesome to have.
  19. Leslie if you remove the bolt that holds the spring in the middle and put your new one on the mount and then re install inside with the bolt, you'll still have some of the mounting studs sticking out. Put it thru the frame and get a but or two started and bend it down till you can get a long 1/4" bolt or screwdriver in to hold it put and tighten it up.

  22. Cant post a pic but mine was earning some cash today, pelled a trailer back from the sale lot in Nashville to Walter Hill, was supposed to move a dozer and excavator after but that got bumped, than was gonna go get another trailer from Manchester but they were already closed, I tried to have a productive day really I did!
  23. Marcel, you werent bobtailing thru TN on I24 a couple weeks ago were you? I passed a Black MH with a Red frame on I24 it was going west on saturday May 31st about noon around Murfreesboro.
  24. I really like the way he just leaves the allison in drive and you can hear the driveshaft slapping around in there, lol!
