  1. Yes It's a 1956 B-71. From what I read in the thread I found it in which was from 2017 the user TruckShop was trying to buy it.
  2. Yeah I'm a 44waist 30-32 length. If I go any longer I walk on the backs of the legs lol
  3. It was actually a picture from a thread on here. It was called " The 3 stick Mack " a user called Truckshop posted the picture
  4. I found it along time ago when I googled Mack 3 stick transmission. I was researching when a guy tried to tell me that there was no such thing and my Grandpa lied to me.
  5. Thanks Bob. People sometimes can't believe that my pants length is only 30-32 Since I'm 6'5 lol.
  6. That's the job I miss the most!! Logging!!! Backin down dozer made paths for almost a mile or flyin into an untilled cornfield at 70mph to make our own road to git to the Prentice loader to get the first load out!! Oh yeah fun times!!! Or the time I had a 379 buried up to the top of the back tires and threw that 15spd deep destruction in to low low low gear and had that Detroit justa screamin but still moving with a full load of logs!!
  7. Actually thought about buying either a B61 or a B67. My Grandpa had both. But I would want this set up just like my Grandpa used to tell me about. I believe his B67 was setup this way. This is a internet Pic I found not his actual truck.
  8. I miss my old truck alot sometimes. I mean I love The Green Hornet but my old truck was a 2006 and didn't have all the emissions junk and it was straight piped. I named it "Bigg Dawg" since it was not governed and would Boogie on down the road if I needed her to.
  9. This is me by my old truck and then me driving The Green Hornet.
  10. I'm one of those Disproportioned guys lol my torso is long but my legs aren't. I require Xtra long Xtra tall shirts and my pants length is only 30-32 . So basically if I were a pickup truck I would be a XLT model crew cab with a short bed hahahaha 😆 😂 😅 😜 🤣
  11. I actually sat in a B61 acouple years back and actually didn't have any issues that I remember lol.
  12. I picked up Steel in Chicago on a street with a dock made for short trailers and day cab single axle trucks. The guys were always amazed when I would put The Green Hornet and a 48 foot Spread axle flatbed in their dock. And when you got past the steel poles i would pull all the way up into the driveway in front of that garage or if needed into the small alley next to it. Crazy thing is you couldn't do it Driver's side because there were cars and both sides all the way down the street. Sometimes there was a car that would park just past those steel poles and that would create and even bigger challenge lol.
  13. I look at it this way yeah there's alot of Non Americans etc out here and people that don't have a clue what being a real truck driver is. Yeah we make jokes about um and all that but when it boils down to it we are all in this together Whether you've been out here 40yrs or just hit the road outta drivin School. It's up to us that have been out Here along time to help these new ones out and pass on what we learned and Respect them as drivers. Because no matter if you were self taught or went to a drivin school or were taught by someone in your family etc. We were all newbies once. I've started helping these guys when I can be of help instead of Makin jokes about them. I had a new driver and yes he was foreign come up to me just awhile ago and ask what to do to prepare to be unloaded. We're hauling structural steel for a build. I told he what to do and he Replied. Ok thanks for the advice. Made me feel good as a driver.
  14. Yeah I'm 6'5 327lbs
  15. We shortened the bumpers on log trucks at the lumber company I worked for. It does help with the turning and if something got stuck between the tires and bumper.
  16. I'm the same. I can drive for hours on end in The Green Hornet. But driving long distance in my Wife's FordEdge my arms start hurting and it's like I can't git comfortable and I git tired.
  17. Well it Used to be The Difference between a JB Hunt Truck and a Schneider truck was about 10 gallons of Orange Paint
  18. And what is the difference between a JB Hunt and Schneider Truck?? Hahahaha. These drivers in these videos never cease to amaze me. 🙄
  19. Oh yeah I see them everytime we go to Church in Iaeger. I would love to git ahold of that Brockway.
  20. That's right down the road from Ikes Fork where my wife is from!!!
  21. I got Diesel for 3.87 a gallon here in Ohio at Speedway by my house
  22. Hmmm I've been up around Cleveland Area alot and haven't seen that Beauty. Would love to have it in my driveway. I will definitely be on the lookout for it.
  23. Actually they were decently bright if the fibers were good. I drove a 1995 Peterbilt 379 and the dash lights were well lit and decent. As the fibers start wearing out or losing their optic Power they git dim.
  24. The Sleeper just had The bigger bed in the bottom twin in the top bunk. Fridge ,work station desk with light ,space for a TV, and 3 closets. It was all really nice and nothing rattled like most plastic trucks lol. It was my home away from home.
  25. Was the same exact sleeper cab. Coronado just had the long hood. Its actually called a Century Coronado on the manufacturing plate
