  1. Well that's how it works when you git blessed with a Show Dog Company truck lol. Maybe one of these days I will have my own but for now I'm satisfied with my company truck.
  2. This year I will be Entering The Green Hornet in the Annual Memorial Day Parade in Lafayette, Ohio. This will be the first time I will hopefully be Adding a Name Plate on the front of the Truck in Memory of my Grandparents. It will say The Green Hornet in yellow and have a picture of my Grandfather with his Brockway at one end and my grandmother with the truck at the other. I know this may come across as Selfish but if anyone on here can perhaps Come and Show us Support I would like to extend the invitation. It would mean alot to me. Maybe make signs to hold up etc then maybe meet up afterwards. My Grandfather also Served in The United States Marines during the Korean War and was in Korea for 2 tours.
  3. I couldn't remember exactly who built it I remember my Grandpa and his Best Friend Opry singer Charlie Louvin talking about it.
  4. Our weather for this time of year is actually back on track here in Ohio. Take that Greta lol.
  5. Supposed to be in the 70's later this week here in Ohio
  6. Actually a guy just built the car and gave it to Johnny as a gift. Johnny and all involved had no idea he was building it.
  7. Yes the car was actually built for Johnny after the song came out. It's in a museum somewhere.
  8. That look on his face in that 2nd picture is priceless. Could be a Meme with the caption " Buddy we've worked really hard restoring this truck!!! Don't you dare pull out in front of me with your Prius!!!!"
  9. Happy Birthday Vlad have a Just Ducky Day QUACK QUACK
  10. Happy Birthday OD hope your day was Just Ducky!! QUACK QUACK
  11. Nice I love them old Trucks like that. It was hard to tell the year especially with the square headlights. Towards the end of 78 they started changing to the squares instead of the rounds. Also the 78 year trucks tended to not rust out as fast or as bad as the 79s. Lol
  12. I like the Ford pickup in the background as well. Is that a 79 f150?
  13. Yes Sir that's how I was able to get my CDL. I went to a Vocational trade school here in Ohio my Junior and senior year of school. Instead of paying almost 6,000 dollars to go to their Driving School I only had to pay about 95 bucks for a Drug test to be able to use the school's truck and also paid for my test. I had to take er twice and the school paid for the first test. I took Construction Equipment Operations and learned how to efficiently run alot of equipment and Drive truck. Wouldn't change it for Nothing. Infact sometimes I wish I could go back to them days lol.
  14. I'd go with the dual set upwards.
  15. I have a radar when it comes to Cabovers!! I see them then have to clean my slobber of my steering wheel
  16. I love that International Cabover as well!!
  17. That'd be a nice candidate for a Sleeper Rig.
  18. Yeah it's pretty butchered they replaced the dash with the Chevy pickup dash. The bed isn't mounted very well. It'd be one I'd save the cab and bunk, build a road tractor, and scrap the rest.
  19. Had that pop up on my Google feed too. It's forsale on Facebook Marketplace for 9,500.
  20. I will be delivering a load of Hay to Green Cove Springs Florida next weekend.
  21. This is my Grandpa on his 1946 Harley "74". O would so love to have one just like it sitting in my garage.
  22. I never heard of the diesel brother's. I can understand modifying a Semi for heavy loads but doing it to a diesel pickup just for the sake of Showing off is just madness. Right after I got my F250 a kid in a Taco Bell parking lot asked me to roll coal. I just looked at him and said sorry I like my truck just the way it is and I'm no UNOH Kid which is The University of Northwest Ohio which is our local College with all the fun programs like diesel mechanics and high performance motorsports stuff. It's one of the top Diesel colleges in the nation. The Diesel guys there are known for their jacked up Belt Buckle gang trucks with huge tail stacks and big rims with skinny tires and excessive coal rolling.
  23. Oh yeah I had one try to race me years ago and I was in my Peterbilt 379. It was a short bed extended cab dodge with them Bullhorn stacks in the bed lol. She puffed smoke at me and her anemic looking boy friend yelled out the window "Diesel Power" lol. Needless to say I wasn't loaded and dumped the clutch with the turbo boosted up like a NTPA pullers and smoked that Cummins with my 3406 cat lol. They pulled up next to me at the next traffic light and I couldn't resist hanging out the window and Yellin "DIESEL POWER BABY" Lol good times.
