  1. Saw it at the truck show at Mac Arthur Airport last summer was green metallic and black frame, don't think the red is current.. Nicely done. Never saw it before or since though. Paul
  2. This is in the Mack Museum PDF file it's on page 3. It looks to have a chain or belt driven injector unit on it. I assume it's a pre AC or AB engine. Some kin ship to my AC engine. Early diesel? Never saw anything like it. Paul http://www.jeffwidmer.com/Downloads/Create/MackHistoryBroFINAL.pdf
  3. I had a pair of appraisals done when I got the carrier body installed because the truck was an '80 and because of the 90,000 original miles plus the agent suggested it. The carrier is Chubb. I'm going to remind the agent that my 2 machines, a trailer, 2 road trucks, my pick up, shop and house are all going to leave, if they don't get me squared up. I really don't need this crappola. I told momma I should park it all and retire... boy that didn't go over well.......... On the bright side I go to Middlesex Pa the end of next week and get my new Jones R 600 hood. Paul
  4. Lays had tits removed when they came out with Corn Tits, Cheese Tits, Tater Tits and Garlic Tits....
  5. Funny, thats close to what the agent said. I found out from the Sheriffs dept that 2 of the 3 kids have no insurance, one a junior license and one no license. But on the bright side of the "Hope & Change" thing , one being a child of an "undocumented citizen" they will be immune to anything done. Paul
  6. Got a check today for my accident to settle up on my R model with a letter explaining the payment. Called my agent and than drove there to return the check. I now see that the insurance companies live in their own world. The Suffolk County Sheriffs report states I was 100% not at fault and I was hit by 3 vehicles that were being chased and it was unavoidable, and the officer is a witness! NYS DOT report said I was 100% not at fault either. Well the insurance companies determined that I was 40% at fault and settlement on my truck reflects it, also being 40% at fault in their eyes, causes my rates climb significantly for 3 years. No tickets, accidents or claims in 32 years! Now I have to push my agent to fight them and get an insurance lawyer to act as an intermediary with the NYS Insurance board. Paul
  7. Where did my "OH POO" post go? Oh! double Poo !!
  8. I'm probably violating a zillion laws, but if I hire a smoker and he smokes in my equipment he knows he is gone. Cel phones and related items....shut them off or ignore them when you're on my time. Paul
  9. Probably catch some flak for saying this, but it doesn't look too far gone if you had a good roller for the shell. Paul

  16. It is a little more work than I need now. My cab has almost nothing swappable between the 1980 and the 90's to make one complete unit. Afraid I'll have to pass on it. Thanks for taking time to send the pics. Paul

  19. Happy birthday B61Fred!!!! :SMOKIE-RT: :SMOKIE-RT:
  20. Why did they paint the bottom of the engine red and the top is ??? Kinda like Joan Rivers...strip off the war paint and its a tired old hag....but resale red sells. Paul
  21. Here is the "new" donor cab. It's at Elizabeth Truck Center in New Jersey. They are apparently going to do the cab swap w/ the body and paint there. Seems to be alot of B model on the left side of photo too. Paul
  22. I'm putting thought to doing just that. Tired of this state and it's "head up the ass" mentality. If your gonna keep heading east to escape the HUTA mentality, you may find yourself in the Atlantic Ocean. Rob I only got less than a mile to go to the Atlantic. Can't escape them here either. The guy next to my yard stood on the roof of his house to snap a pic, to complain to the town about my trucks. Lucky the truck in the center of his photo belongs to the Code Compliance officer.
  23. The FOC (Friends Of Condoms) are suing him for associating them with an A hole.
