I'm very sorry to hear that, he was definitely one of the "elder statesmen" of BMT.

If those trucks were here in Ohio, they'd be rusty rust.

The truck is in Germantown Ohio, $15,000. Says it's a one owner truck with 211,000 miles on it. No specs on the engine but it looks like a shiny 290 with a Jake brake.

Did any American trucks have Rolls-Royce engines as an option? I've never heard of one.

I’m dealing with a 2013 Mack Pinnacle that keeps loosing fuel after running for 1 minute, I have to prime it afterwards and then the same thing runs out of fuel, I’m an auto mechanic and I’m helping out a friend but I don’t know much about diesels, any help would be greatly appreciated
I assume you've changed the fuel filters, that would be the first thing. Next would be a problem in the transfer (lift) pump, or sucking air at one of the fuel inlet lines.

Maybe the camera is so they can post the video on Yewtube if something funny happens while he's trying to change the tire.

That L cab B model looks good...the White looks like it's too rusty.

Nice work, it looks like a factory piece.

They look sharp. Nice paint work, BTW. Great gloss and reflection.
I can't take credit for that, I am definitely not a body/paint man. The guy who did the work is an artist.

This guy has 6 available, $25 each plus shipping. That's pretty cheap, don't ask how much I paid for my H67 emblem.

I was wrong on the filter it's a WGB Oil Cleaner model WB 2. There are only 2 lines (an in and out) plus a drain plug in the bottom and a 1/4" pipe plug in the cover. It call's for a S-11B-C filter element. Wonder if it crosses to Glenn's filter #? Also good tip from Glenn to remover the circular cover in the pan and clean the screen. Before I do that, does the cover use a regular gasket, one I can make from gasket material? I don't believe the oil has been changed or the engine touched in 30 years. Don't want to get it apart and not be able to seal it up again,
The cover calls for a gasket but I've used form-a-gasket before to seal it up, no problem.

Wish I could help, I've never put one of those in.

I found some rubber mat material from a place called RubberCal, it looks decent and not too expensive. I used heavy posterboard and scribed around the outline of the floor, then laid it on the rubber to cut around the pattern.
It worked really well; I bought some jute from Restoration Specialties and I'll use some spray glue to stick it to the back of the rubber.

Interesting what Mack did to the dash for two different models they made out of the original design.
I see your breakers are mounted solid in the dash...the H model has a removeable panel which makes it easier to wire the breakers.

I have an old Overdrive Magazine with an article about Brockway, it shows them building the trucks by hand on the assembly line. Definitely a tough old truck.
