  1. Ok here,s one more idea brake drum could be out of round - try backing the adjustment off on front axle a good bit for test drive purpose only and see how she rolls.
  2. Congrats
  3. I still think it is your tires or rims , have had tire shops swear the tires are in balance they would look good no visable signs of issues but we would swap them out for another set and everything would be ok.
  4. Could be a line bore issue main caps not true or straight , something out of balance this would include rods which come in differant weights defective damper, flywheel clutch not bolted up correctly or flywheel housing not true to block and crank , cracks in block up around rear main caps , loose main caps or alot of lugging the engine will do this also. You will need to do a thorough inspection of componets to see what realy happened . Where did it break and is this a dump, highway , logg truck etc ?
  5. Have you changed the ecu if you have swaped module or programed it some of the software calls for throttle calibration afterwards if calibrating does not fix check to see if your low coolant sensor is leaking coolant into harness and if it is check to make sure it has not got to the engine module yet also check to make sure vehical module connections are clean and dry with module wiring facing down .
  6. Crankshaft alingnment or vibration .
  7. Dodge the scales do not!!!! do a drive by they will come and get you.
  8. Yup check the oil cooler . But if you find anything major wrong or broke I would go with the 237.
  9. Looking good where,s the rest of it ?
  10. You can have a balanced tire but still be out of round or have a untrue wheel or the way the tire is mounted on rim jack truck up so tire is barely off the ground and spin it by hand .
  11. Most likely exhaust brake solinoid is shorted internally happens with age remove valve cover and replace.
  12. Sounds like a tire issue to me , if you have any spare tires rims I would swap out for a test drive to see if its in the tire.
  13. It is a big project but with the rite tools it can take 10-14 to do dealership will charge 18hours need to make sure cam is the only issue sometimes bad cam can lead to alot of other damage h-rings, valve train etc.
  14. If its just a delivery valve issue this can be fixed on the truck for maybe couple hundred or less.
  15. pretty sure I have those on my R
  16. How about wrapping the gray section from a grafic shop just heard a company name skins does wraps in chrome like a big sticker and reinstall the lenses. Or wrap your old ones to look new with new lenses.
  17. The last one I replaced I had to cut the nut/actuator off to remove they usally seize on there dont have the torque spec handy rite now can get them later this week if needed but two or three good smacks with hammer chisel should do.
  18. Tight enough it wont come loose again
  19. 140 173 6 = Insterment cluster exhaust temp current below normal or grounded circuit 128 35 9 = Engine exhaust gas recirculation EGR mass flow rate abnormal 128 412 9 = Engine exhaust gas recirculation temp abnormal undate rate Looks like you have a issue with mass flow pipe and sensors, but I would check engine ecu module connections for contamination first. These trucks are not easy to fix without a computer hooked up to see what is really going on. Good luck
