    Ouch.

Already have a few leftovers still in my toolbox.
  3. It keeps getting cheaper thought he wanted like 10 grand for it at first.
  4. Thats some crazy stuff !!!!!
  5. Not alot you can do if its already a 460 , if you had to have more hp I would go with bigger injectors and turbo upgrades are possiable but then you need to be careful with high exhaust gas temps . If you had unlimited funds Iam sure we could go bigger bores etc. monster motor but this would basically be a race engine . So if you unlimited funds lets get together and I will help you spend your money. What gears and trans are you running do you have a trans cooler ?
  6. Over speed would be my first thought or incorrect valve and jake lash settings , valve rotators can fail and put stress on spring also or if anyone for some reason did some welding in there.
  7. Just make sure piston is at top dead center no problem changing spring unless the valve keepers are all chewed up.
  8. Well if you going to have them build it tell them to set it to the high end spec,s while there in it.
  9. Please dont stick your thumb over fuel line that s not the best thing to do but it does sound like the delivery valve is down, . there is a special tool to remove it the spring valve and barrel washer are all under it if the spring and valve are broken they can be replaced on the truck if it is any deeper pump will need to come off
  10. Injector line leaking fuel issues . O-ring on injector old and dry rotted over tightening of fuel line to tight , failed or cracked injector body , miss alignment of injector to line, and injector cup leaking coolant most of the time its just the injector o-ring from loosing and then retightening injector line.
  11. That sucks if you heat them up with a torch they usaully will come apart but I have had a few break after a couple of million heat cycles they get weak I guess the exhast studs if you look in the bottom stud holes in the head they go all the way threw to the back side you can actually see the push tube in there, thats why you dont want to install them to deep and to use some silicone .
  12. Have seen delivery valve come apart once and the broken pieces block the line at cap and line connection have also seen where someone have removed injectors without backing the fuel lines out smashing the end of the line over.
  13. Have had alot of the left right switches fail also check to make sure your vehical module and wiring are not getting wet, they are under the drivers side step kick panel there is also serval boush relays drivers side kick panel under steering column 2 of those are for left rite swap with known good relay it should be labeled .
  14. Swap #5 injector with another cylinder and see if it follows , if follows the injector nozzel is defective if not the # delivery valve in injection pump has issue also check to make sure injection line is not blocked depending on issue with delivery valve most of the time it can be repaired on the truck .
  15. whats wrong with the end sections if they are ok just warm the slip joint up with a torch and pull apart.
  16. Make sure the module is mounted with plugs facing down so water will not get in ,
  17. yup grease that stuff that catches fire when you use a torsch to remove the clutch brake
  18. I thought getting the 5lbs of grease out from the over greased throwout bearing was the hardest part.
  19. Also check intake at air compressor and the steel piping behind the engine I find these leaking all the time if you can make or barrow a blockoff plate and pressure check whole system would be best thing to do and replace manifold with all new studs nuts gaskets.
  20. Guess you could mount the radiator in the framerail behind the cab and have a custom made charge air cooler made to look like a radiator and mount it were the radiator was.
  21. Have had same problem with u sh#t better to stick with central dispatch as far as shipping wars I think it makes for good tv I like watching idiots try to ship stuf and they have no clue.
  22. Problem has to be in the wheels or tires hubs , jack it up and run it just be careful .
  23. When you broke the first crank what other components did you change?
  24. Yup if it was jacked up and spining you would see it , do you have a dealership close by that has a dyno they could check with.
