    David, That was funny, I am 52 and back in the early 80's when I was dating my wife I was gone all week running Coors Albany to Boston everyday sometimes twice, moral of the story is I carried a coffee can in the truck filled with change to use a PAYPHONE. And also got around with just an atlas.

    Jake, I believe that cab has a torsion bar to manually tilt the cab.

    I remember back in the day my Dads Transtar had an electric one on the passenger side that screwed to the door over the regulator shaft, looked like an armrest.

    About 12 miles from me, terrible. I hugged one so far and will hug the other when he gets home even though they are 24 and 22..

    Vinny, I got to drive that Green and Black R at the show as he had parked it for pictures and went to get his Superliner so they asked me to move it so they could photo the next truck. Was very nice i could get used to that Mack.

    My Crackerbox had the limiter and I could tell the difference, I have to check and see if someone blocked off the lines to the fronts on my Pete because it dont stop good bobtailing I get the brake lock up pretty easy.

    I read somewhere that Brockway actually developed the Superliner and had a couple prototypes and mack wanted it so that was part of the shutdown.

    Believe it or not the ole Crackerbox didnt ride that bad for having Hendrickson, but the Pete is like night and day. Olive, I should be just a little off the deck with furniture, Our kids arent going with us so we don't have their rooms and we are throwing out a lot. Gonna junk my old Bronco before we leave and put my wife's Jetta on the ass end. Got a split walkboard with the trailer so that works out for us,.
