  1. I used to drive a Cruiseliner with a 300 + - and a 13 ran good.
  2. Had to look real close at the wheels to tell it was moving
  3. I just got a quote from Gulfway for My 85 Pete. I only valued it for now at 5K, premium is $177 per year, I can pull a trailer and it lives outside. I've had them for my last 3 trucks also.
  4. Hmmm, Black and silver 6 wheeler in Stop and Shop parking lot at the Dock shopping center in Stratford.
  5. I don't remember that truck at Reliable, if that's the same agent from Brooklyn then Elizabeth, NJ. I practically grew up at the office in Brooklyn when my dad was home. All I remember were the Crackerboxes, 1 International CO4000, My dads 70 KW, then his 75 Pete double bunk.
  6. 2 Stack if you guys are going to Bethlehem look for my W900, Are you bringing anything?
  7. Ex Cumberland Farms tractor, you can just make it out on the horn button on the steering wheel.

  9. Thanks Mark, 400 Cat, Jake, 8LL New Way Air ride.
  10. Didn't see any U's Vinny. We had to meet the guy at his yard in one of the worst sections of BPT, then he said we had to ride with him to where the truck was because the guy didn't want anyone on his property. Then when we get there he says he don't have a key to the gate so we have to walk through some woods to get in. A real cluster all around.
  11. I looked at it last weekend, for all of about 2 minutes. The cummins 855 is a transplant, hood doesn't fit right, rusty. Has a 9 or 10 now used to have an 18 spd guy said if it don't sell its going to Haiti. he says he sends a bunch there. looked at a couple other things he had and he wants bad money for everything that is basically junk.
  12. And you're not supposed to use it to shift, Bad for the valve train.
  13. On the other forum (aths) had a guy that actually became a girl, anyways he was a company driver and went and bought a used TMC tractor, was a 13 speed and he had to ask how to shift it. All he ever drove were 8 and 9 speeds.. I learned a 13 before any thing else at like 10 years old.
  14. I almost hit the apply button but I only have jeans boots t shirts and flannels so I prolly wouldn't fit in
  15. Hey I recognize these trucks, Whats up Taylor?

  17. Welcome aboard where in CT are you?
  18. Always liked them, probably has something to do with being the first truck I rode in when my dad started driving in 66. The one in the picture is now in Nova Scotia all painted up and waiting for the 12 V 71 to go in.
  19. The Crackerbox was mine, Taylor and I have gone to a bunch of shows, That pic was at the Ct antique machinery show in Kent 2011.
  20. II think it was 84 or so when it came to New England, We ran out of Guilderland NY, loaded us off of rail cars, had to have a reefer at 40 degrees. I usually ran Boston all week then on Friday I delivered to Gallo Distributers in Goshen Ct, load up with empties drop my trailer and bobtail home to Stratford for the weekend. Leave the house about 5 Monday morning pick up the trailer and be in Guilderland for 8am.
