  1. I don't think my Wife would mind. If I were holding a phone my hands wouldn't be free to close the door on the dutch oven.
  2. The 2nd link doesn't work but the other 2 pics are beautiful.
  3. My bags are packed.
  4. Do you remember M. Levin & Co from Rosenhayn? They were a produce company that ran 3 blue and white Brockway cabovers.
  5. That's a cool piece of history! I'll betcha they all laughed at Mack for wanting to patent that. Well who's laughing now? I doubt any of them are.....prolly all dead by now....but you get the point.
  6. Sorry to hear about your mechanic's health issues. Good luck finding a suitable replacement. Even as a driver I know that good mechanics are hard to come by.
  7. I already bought you a tie, but that is one beautiful truck!
  8. Welcome Donald. You've come to the right place for all things Mack. You may have to put up with sarcasm and occasionally have to look at pictures of scantily clad women, but it's well worth it in the end. That reminds me of those Mad Lib books from years ago!
  9. Nice work securing and tarping! Maybe you could teach some of your tricks of the trade. I imagine you and I will be hangin' out together since I've decided to move to Winfall.
  10. I've always liked the looks of Martin's Macks and IHs over the years. They lost some of their uniqueness when they stopped using spokes, but it's still a good looking fleet. At one time there were a bunch of Mack cabovers in a lot on Rte 22 and I believe it was in or near Mount Union. Do you know if they're are still there?
  11. They all from the Washington,PA terminal which woukd serve the Pittsburgh area. There was another driver that is now retired form our East Windsor, NJ terminal, but I believe he worked in North Bergen.
  12. Very nice truck. Good luck with the sale.
  13. Good to hear things are going well.
  14. Welcome! Some plastic chrome lugnut covers would look nice on your rig.
  15. As always nice pics! I wouldn't have thought you could stack on those saw blades but then again, I'll be the first to tell you I would suck as a flatbedder. Tell me about it! I bought 3 trailers off her and I don't even own a tractor!
  16. Happy Birthday, Tom Mark! Pssssstt.....you're 50!!
  17. There's a member on Hank's that restored 2 of Lane's trucks. They are in this video beginning at 2:35. He has other videos taken from inside the cab.
  18. Okay, it looks "1/2 business" We have 3 drivers that came to Pitt Ohio after falling victim to the "St Valentines Day Massacre". One of them still gets red in the face when talking about it. He said APA stood for Always Please Arthur.
  19. Looks great, inside and out! I just woke up everyone in the house. Been there, done that. I didn't even consider the possibilty until my sleeve got caught on it. That liitle handle supported my weight long enough for me to regain my footing. Oh my.
  20. You left out the "uphill, both ways" part. Nice job going the extra mile to grab a few shots of a classic. I would imagine that the U models had all those things at one time.
  21. He's not "ripping it up" he's "wringing it out". A good Detroit will clean up after himself so his Mack, Cummins, and Cat friends don't slip and slide.
  22. The MH looks "all business" with the spokes and single round headlights.
  23. Welcome! Those are very interesting photos you posted. Mack Trucks have a history of gaining the interest of those who are otherwise not associated in any way with the trucking industry. They're that good.
  24. Is this the man that said he wanted to "friend" you?
