But now I'm not so sure, might have to do Burger King or something. We were talking with the guys with that F model Mack in Colfax a few weeks ago and somehow the subject of Bill's came up. I think I was telling them how I lost my Bill's cap. And they said that since the original owner passed away it's under new ownership now and it's altogether different. I don't think they went the way of most truck stops and just have a fast food restaurant or roller grill items, but they said it's just not the same, and not nearly as good. I was reading some reviews and some said it was great, some said it was horrible. And I'm not sure, but I feel like a lot of the good reviews came from close family members, because they had names like Rahejakimanistasiholko Stucvijanirackostopolus. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I don't think I'll be making a three hour drive to see for myself. But it fits with "New Breed" of trucker who do NOT know that to sit down at a relaxing meal makes them safer on the highway as well as keeping their blood pressure down. Most all of the family style restaurants, that had truck parking, that I used to frequent have gone entirely or are no longer 24/7.. Pilot was one of the worst for remodeling the restaurants they bought with a D-8!!
