Yes to all.  My boss bought one of those smooth top ranges,  we had a double wide avacado green range that Columbus installed and it worked great, the oven temp was spot on....  well.... it is now being used to make body panels for a KIA...

I forgot to add that those are chunks of chicken in there, picked off the boiled trimmings.  I also skim the fat off the top when it cools, and use it to fry some of my meals, like burritos  for example..

Here is a breakfast meal that my wife found. It is made with a 10'' flour tortilla.

I prep the ingredients that I want ,  scrammble 2 eggs in a bowl the way you like them, on the large burner, put a 10'' non-stick pan with a little butter. I used chicken fat. cook on the lowest setting. place the tortilla in the hot pan, add the goodies you want in it and spread them thinly over the tortilla, pour the egg mix evenly over it, season with herbs iff you want to, cover with a tall lid, I use my wok lid.  10 minutes like this, then add cheese and cover another 5 minutes,  you can check egg doneness as you go.  this took my a couple tries to get it right all the time.  when your happy with egg doneness, slide it out of thepan on a cutting board, let cool 5 minutes.  you can cut it like a pizza.  I fold it in have and let it sitt a bit longer before cutting it to make sure it doesnt ooze out the sides, then I split it and destroy it.

Brocky,,  I dont know if gluten free tortillas are in the store, but if they are, this may be a good one for your son..

I make 2 of them on sunday and it turns in to 4 breakfast's to take to work.

I sent Andrew in Australia a few bottles of hot sauce last year, I think. Might have been the year before last. I call him Andrew in Australia because his name is Andrew and he lives in Australia.

Anyway, I think it cost about $50 to ship it. Might have been twice that much, I don't remember that either, but he said I spent too much, I shouldn't have sent it, etc. And I told him that it wasn't about the money, it was just the experience of me sending my own hot sauce and him having it. In Australia 🦘

Kind of like when I wanted to stop at the Big Texan Steakhouse before I retired, but never got a chance to. Closest I came I lacked an hour of driving time to get there. Stupid ELD. And people said "you didn't miss anything, it's just a tourist trap, you can get a lot better steak a lot cheaper at other steak places, blah-blah-blah".

And I don't doubt any of that, it wasn't about the steak, I can probably cook a better steak in the back yard, it was just about being there.
