Yes, I've always wanted one but haven't got one yet. Missed out on a couple at auction.

Massey needed a high horsepower tractor to sell quick to keep up with their competition, so they bought these tractors from Oliver and painted them red.

White Motor Corp who ended up owning Oliver also bought Canadian Cockshutt also had a model that used Detroit power. The 1900 with a 4-53 Detroit.

We have a 98 Massey Ferguson, I think they only built 200 ( I looked all this up when I bought it,, but forgot some details) A friend of mine bought one IMG_6398.thumb.jpeg.0a359be2f835bf07d64ed6377fd3d5b3.jpegin the late 90s in Iowa and brought it back to WNC , I always liked it, a few years ago A fellow we know came across one in the mid west and  gave my son a call so that is how we got it, they were pretty rare, story goes 1959/60 They had a fire at the Massey plant, they contracted Oliver to build a 100HP tractor, They used a 99GM ,, Massey supplied the sheet metal. Ours still has some green showing through the MF metallic gray ; they merely painted the entire chassis, painted the fenders red, put MF hood and grill on it and called it “98” , Moline did the same for Massey until they got their plant repaired , called it “97 “ it was a big 6 cylinder gas . Keystone is the BEST Museum ! There’s are perfect! Ours came straight out of the field .

I had a Massey Ferguson 35 that had the English standard diesel four-cylinder engine it wasn't a good starter when the engine was cold I changed to a Ford 2'000 gas and I think I had a better tractor
