It does bind occasionally when I’m moving around, but I assume it’s probably air in the system since it keeps leaking and I have to keep filling it just to move it

well back at it,,i made up this tool to get the end cap off,,but manual says supposed to drill out the locking pin,,i have the correct size drill bit,,,and it just stops around 5/8s inch in,,,,and this thing has been apart before,,,and im not sure what the other guy did here
