"I was very surprised by the ease of driving, impressive technology and comfort," he explains. "These new trucks improve the drivers' work. Not only in safety, but in comfort, with how many kilometres and hours they spend in these trucks." With the company's two largest Scania trucks, an R 500 acquired in 2019 and a more recently purchased R 540, they are able to transport b-train configurations of up to 75 tonnes. . But actually, I was talking about the stability of the trailers, and one of the best measures of that is RA (Rearward Amplification) which is a fancy term for the "tail wagging the dog" behavior seen in multiple trailer combinations. Single trailers generally do best in these comparisons, followed closely by B-Doubles, long conventional doubles, short conventional doubles, and triples are the worst.
