What is the reason for the MACK on the grille either middle or bottom? what other changes have been made to the Granite through the years? The MACK name is located in 3 different spots ,top, middle and bottom. I always thought it was for different model years but was never positive. bbigrig Posted July 18, 2017 Share Posted July 18, 2017 Grill name positioning was an option and also depended on weather it had a grill gaurd or not. It was originally built on the RD frame as mentioned before and was only available in set forward axle till 2004/5 if I'm not mistaken.
