Thanks Tom! The 500 series was produced from 1958 to 1962. The 570 Super was only manufactured in 1961 and 1962 (total produced ~1500). It used a Hercules 339 ci non-turbo Diesel engine. It produced about 70 horsepower and was the highest horsepower production tractor. There was a 580 Super but never in production. In 1962 Cockshutt was bought by White Corporation and thereafter any Cockshutt was just an Oliver repainted in Cockshutt colors.

Nice fleet.

Enterprise gave me an HHR identical to yours when my wife's car was in the body shop. I wasn't all that thrilled at first but I liked the way it drove and it kinda grew on me after a few days.

Thanks! This is the second HHR I owned and really like them (30-35mpg, reasonable ride, and good utility). I bought the red HHR used in October 2011 with about 9K miles on the odometer. It was a rental car (I think Enterprise...hmmm). It has the 2.4L 4cyl, sunroof, and leather interior. I am not a leather (vehicle seats that is) fan. I prefer a cloth interior (warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer). The only option not on this one is the remote start which would be nice in the winter.

I accidently dropped half of my rueben sandwich on the the floor while I was driving one summer day it but since it wasn't my car, I just kicked it under the seat. It had the cloth interior however.

I am glad is was not my car! No new car smell! However, someone spilled a soft drink on the console and "gummed" up the shifter interlock switch. Had to have it replaced early this year (at least covered under warranty). One of GMs better ideas, put the cup holder next to the shifter.

My first Shadow(1986) 700, it was like brand new with only 13K miles on it when I got it about 5 yrs ago. Good running lil bike. Loved those 80's Hondas.

Traded it off for a 2000 model 1100, which I sold off for my 2007 HD.

Well, its not really old. Anything older than 2000 isnt antuique!!!! I was born in 2000!!!!

I'm quit the same way.

I was born in 1975.

Every units of '75 and younger were took by me familiar.

Everything older seems famous and needs more serious approach.

How do you like your 4320? I'm looking at one just like it for. $3000. It's got some possible trans issues, though. It's got the 8 speed synchro range, but it will only go into 4 gears at the moment.

The 4320 is my favorite tractor. I always liked the "new generation" styling. The 4320 is turbocharged and sounds great. The synchro smash was the only transmission offered in the 4320. $3000 is a good price but can easily add up with all the needed repairs. My philosophy is "pay a little more and get a nice vehicle that does not need alot of work." You can find decent ones for ~$9000.

On my "want" list is a nice original 1971-72 4020 synchro. I would like to find a standard (wheatland) version with the big rounded fenders.

I have an 81 CB900c and a 06 VTX1300c. Hondas never let me down.

I started out with Hondas, my first vehicle was a '74 360 Honda. Bought it new, think it cost about $1400 at the time. Then I bought a 500 Honda, then went with Kawasakis. Bought this red 750 Kawasaki, then traded it in on the black KZ1000. It was an '80 or '81 model. Sold it in '84 or '85 and bought a 1969 Ford F100 pickup. The one on the bottom is the only one I have now.

Nice bikes (especially the last one). Like the red 750. You need to install a "dinger" bell and streamers on your current bike.
