72U685ST Posted October 5, 2012 Share Posted October 5, 2012 I just turned 18 and got on my towns fire dept. my dad was on when i was a kid and i always wanted to do it. back then the dept had 3 CF pumpers, a CF aerialscope, an R pumper and an R tanker, the CF pumpers have since been replaced we still have the R's but within the next few weeks the aerialscopes getting replaced the new trucks on its way. Hopefully she'll get one last fire before she goes. It might be up for sale in the future if anyone wants to try and get it. 2 Quote Unmistakeable Design, Unmatched Performance. I joined my fire department when we still ran "L" and "B" model Macks and I was there when we purchased our "CF" models. Now they, too, are all gone; makes me feel really old.
