I have a answer to this that works and I must confess to finding it on the Net , cut a piece of wood that is long enough

to jam the clutch petal to the floor using the seat as a back stop , with the gearbox in neutral start the engine and let it

run for half an hour , it works on these right hand drive trucks , cheers

Several times I start the truck in neutral and allow it to warm. I then shut the engine off, release the brakes and start the engine in low gear. With the clutch pedal depressed gently "bump" the accelerator several times all the while moving in low gear with the clutch pedal held down. The torque reversal of the engine will eventually break the bond between the friction discs and flywheel.

Don't rap the accelerator hard at all just an easy on, then off power.

And when you finally break it loose use the aforementioned stick to keep the clutch depressed while it is in storage. That will prevent future issues.

That is why farm tractors have a hook built in to hold the clutch pedal down while it is in storage.

Money, sex, and fire; everybody thinks everyone else is getting more than they are!
