Here is a 1985 R686ST owned by Tom Mcilrath...Freshly restored and spotted in front of our building on its maiden Voyage! You can see this truck in person this weekend a the the ATHS Show in Baltimore! Enjoy th pics...

I like the graphic on the rear window.

Tom had that logo etched into the glass using a large Mack decal as a pattern! Turned out really nice! Good observation, Rich!

Thanks for the welcome Bulldog. The fact that Barry said that it`s etched in the glass makes it that much more impressive.

Still the Greatest Name in Trucks...Bulldogs rule, The rest drool....

Wow that is a nice R-Model. In my opinion R- Models and RDs were the best trucks ever built. They were the most bullet proof, and easiest to maintain trucks ever. And the Maxidyne and TRL107, or TRXL107 combo was the greatest thing since sliced bread. I think the trucking industry needs another guy like Walter May.
