  1. Can you post or pm me pictures, specs and a price?
  2. You selling yours Paul?
  3. Not trying to give you a hard time but why do you now refer to the Long Island truck as the GA truck? Didn't you buy it from a dealer in NH?
  4. So you plan to convert the U model into a heavy haul winch tractor, convert the DM800 into a Rizzo DM800 and keep the SI B81 as is and sell the MA B81 and the B81 that came from Long Island and went to GA then NH?
  5. Which two? The SI truck appears to be the nicest of the B81s.
  6. You might want to change the trans if you add the winch. Did you give up on building a Rizzo DM800?
  7. Thanks for this. Working on buses in your driveway does not make you an expert in all things Mack and even if it did the purpose of this forum is to help other members by sharing knowledge, not to try and prove you know more than someone else.
  8. What is he replacing them with?
  9. Brilliant!!! I can imagine the call ... "Yeah, Hi ... Ernie Bullhusk suggested that I call you to find out what was taped to the door of your B model a few weeks ago when Dogonit passed by and took pictures of it."
  10. That B81 has Paul Roncetti written all over it. I sense another purchase coming ...
  11. I agree. Would love to see a retro advertising campaign if, for no other reason, to remind the world what Mack accomplished. What other company could match what Mack accomplished with the AC, B, DM800 and Superliner (just to name a few)?
  12. Even at $400 a ton, which is probably about double scrap price, it would be less than $4,000 which is pretty good.
  13. Any info on the B model in the background?
  14. You're right, telling someone they need fucking help isn't funny and it wasn't funny when Rob started a thread just to tell a 12 year old that.http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?/topic/26186-vin/ Hence, my originial point. Rather than just acknowledge the fact that it was gratuitous, you made the ridiculous claim that it "certainly wasn't" and implied that anyone that thought otherwise must be wrong. I don't dislike you and even enjoy some of your posts although I do think you try too hard to be "liked" sometimes. Rob appears to have moved on. You should do the same or try contacting him offline. If he is no longer on this site starting more Rob threads is pointless.
  15. Your apparent man crush on Rob and some other members is becoming troubling. I think as Rob told Vinny ...
  16. What are you doing with the DM800 in your gallery? Please post more pictures of it and your New York photos before we lose touch with you. Thanks.
  17. Low certainly, but really not short for the vintage. A lot of the early steel dashes had 12.5' - 13' bodies on them.
  18. Very nice work. How many hours would you estimate you have into the rebuild so far?
  19. That's Brian Thiebult. A dealer with a lot of money who sells new trailers and flips old trucks. All his stuff is priced high.
  20. Gonna be a ten wheeler fire sale. Exporters are probably licking their lips.
