  1. Oh thats right... 392... I remember that now.
  2. On this truck for sale, would you expect it to be rated @ 375hp? Those 1000's-1005's were 400hp?
  3. Those turbo'd 301s are runners in Gleaner combines, good on fuel too!
  4. Mack and their numbers.... I'd sure like to hear from someone who could definitively tell me what the differences (if any) were between the "pre" E9 and the E9..
  5. What is a RWS736LST?... (Other than a Superliner 1)
  6. Those exhaust manifolds look different. Is that really an E9 or is it a 866 transplant?
  7. farm tractor. Maybe I'm just a cheapskate.... machine shop would probably want a couple hundred at least... not worth it?
  8. The L-O-N-G shaft from the flywheel to the rear of my tractor has worn out splines on the flywheel end. $400+ for new one. Anybody here know of a shop that can put new splines on the end?
  9. nice work. I love seeing old stuff get put back into working order once more.
  10. Yeah, they were a Mexican bus manufacturer that sold some Superliner 1's... Not very common, I've tried to run down info on them, but so far have only found a few pics and no production #'s. http://www.modelforum.cz/viewtopic.php?f=151&t=55277&start=15 You have to scroll down to see a pic of one.
  11. Those were the Superliners built by Traksomex I think.....
  12. The Man from Snowy River..... Until today, I knew of the movie! Boy was I missing out.

  14. They let you run over size before dawn? Is there a shortage of skilled drivers in NZ? I always thought that in order to get a VISA, there was a need that couldn't be filled by nationals? Ron
  15. Did you ever see that Onslow on the BBC show "Keeping Up Appearances"? His trademark look is a dirty undershirt and a Fulton Hogan ball cap.
  16. Is that right? I've believed all along that juicing cows was a job that few people had. It was ironic too that I saw Timothy was from VT, I was up in his part of the world last year assisting a friend who worked as a large animal Vet... Cold Hollow in Enosburg Falls....
  17. These right hand drive trucks with single stacks on the left have a crossover in order to keep the exhaust from the driver's door???
  18. Another Fuller equipped Canadian Mack... always 15 speed too. Why is that?
  19. Not yet, tentative plan is to hop a bus May 8... I'll be coming through IN, if I need a kennel can I count on you?
  20. Is there a shortage of drivers there? They accepted your CDL without much fuss? I see we have a touch in common... I'm currently milking cows.
  21. Why New Zealand? How long did it take to get the VISA?
  22. This reminds me why I milk cows instead of truckin'.
