What is the story on that? Could that realistically be done? Are they producing DC16 mechanical engines? I know guys are converting old trucks to drive by wire, but has anyone tried that with a DC16?

The minority on the right (from Pittsburgh apparently) doesn't appear to endorse this behavior... or maybe he's just mad because only minority's are allowed to piss publicly? Which reminds me of the farmer who died in a silo. . . he walked himself to death searching for a corner to piss in.

Never in my life did I think that the "Liner" in Super-Liner could be mistakenly thought of as lifted from the "Liner" in Freight shaker, er, I mean Freightliner. -

Is he the guy who has the V8 rotating assembly avatar? I read several of his very helpful posts before I signed up only to find out he was no longer on here (that I know of). -
I kinda figured that was the alternative spelling until 'inter' coolers became ubiquitous on diesel engines. An individual who studies the english lexicon might have a something to say about it. . ? Which raises a trivia question. If someone asked me who produced the first air cooled intercooler, I'd have to say Mack, right? The 285-300 Maxidyne? Maybe in Europe they used them earlier? Cat and Cummins were using water jacket coolers in the '60's. ... And the E9 was the first chassis mounted air to air... anyone know of an earlier one????
