  17. think my 66 has the threaded nut,,but even if you got the clip type,,thier should be a flange at the end of the cable,,i would think a b model,,would be to old for the clip type,,,what you got there,,,is just plain broken,off from end piece...i wouldnt think you would have a problem with just a new cable,would think dealer would stock that,,might have to search hemmings motor news for that.good luck bob

  19. you know in not sure,,but i would say yes,,had a f model sleeper,years ago,and it had a steel plate inside the rubber seal,in place of the glass,,probably the same with those.bob

  23. your best bet is to try and find take offs,somebody didnt want for some reason or another,,,1000x20,s are pretty common,,used alott on container chassis,,,i think thier just a little wider,,i would run a wanted ad right here to start with,,,im sure somebody here has them.most tire shops,,will carry them,,but of coarse will charge a little more,than private party..good luck,,,bob
