  8. Great idea about the sleeper but now you’re completely up in the air. Sounds to me like you almost have to use the CH frame to get it set up the way you want sleeper is probably not going to be cheap, but it will be happy with the results with all the Modifications. It looks like you got six one way half a dozen the other I probably mention that before, you pretty much, have a lot of work ahead of you but probably a fun challenge getting it all together. Good luck…. Bob
  9. Yeah, and don’t forget the weather doesn’t cooperate a lot of times and I dont feel like getting out there now I have time and money and don’t like our winters … good luck, bud
  10. We also used to be able to bypass the electrics and put them on manual. I don’t even remember how to do it. It’s been too long. Another words up your generator takes a shit and you have no charging the engine will just keep running and you can drive it anywhere you want With no electricity nowadays I don’t think you could do any of those things
  11. Yeah, Mecho when I heard him mention button, I thought to myself my God I haven’t heard that in years we also used to bump up the top end with a jump wire. I don’t remember what that was all about.

  21. Ha ha thanks for that. Yes, an old buddy of mine told me years ago Lucas ignitions were known for failing miserably a lot of times and that was what people used to call them back on the 60s. I had a 70 MG midget and I guess that also had Lucas ignition car was a piece of shit. I couldn’t get rid of that thing fast enough.

  23. I was a young teenager at the time and I was pretty much very impressed with this thing.
  24. My father-in-law was raised rich. I have seen old movie films of him as a toddler. Parents were dressed really well in front of an expensive house and car not sure what happened in between. He wound up being a career, navy man with a little bit of above average income when he left this world. also, I forgot to mention my dad‘s friend took me for a ride and that old La salle I don’t remember a whole lot about the car, but it was a convertible and it was all cleaned up car was immaculate and it went down the road really smooth and quiet for a very old car
  25. My god what a pad it looks like royalty lives there Also that car would look right nice in my driveway
