Yes and ordinarily a body shop will just straighten the frame for you and nothing else if that’s what you want otherwise if you let them repair everything the bill will be way more than the truck is worth .... just a fair warning before you get too involved you’re a way better off to do as much of it as you can it is also going to require a bunch of welding be prepared ...good luck... bob

  3. Great glad to hear yes our weather is gorgeous today lawn looking excellent had all these plans today and wound up doing nothing beat to death from work week wound up walking 2 miles with puppies this morning that finished me up wound up drinking beer and watching TV lol bob

  5. Well he didn’t mention anything about letting letting the clutch out and the engine governor is connected to the transmission (electric) Possibly shorting out and killing the engine

  10. blow air into the fuel tank...i have to do that quite a bit to start my DM....but i havent changed any of the worn out fuel lines yet....good luck...bob
  11. i owned both,,,,,the U model had air cab and Rode like a dream,,,the R was a twin drive and i dont recall it riding rough at all except for back and forth movement,,,quite a bit,,,but that was a long time ago when i was in my 20,s.lol.bob

  16. Those Kenworths are terrible I was stuck in one a while I hated it rides like a bulldozer seat it uncomfortable radio sounds like shit ... I moved into a Peterbilt way better the T800 was way better don’t know why UPS is buying so many of them except they probably got the best fleet price... for years they have always bought all the brands but seems mostly Mack’s bob

  19. You know I know almost nothing about b models but I think the frame is narrow front and back be a lot easier to make up cab mounts then trying to transfer components that’s what I would do... bob
