barry - i tried to place order on b model store. paypal would not work so i tried to do it by credit card and i dont know if that went thru or not. i guess we will have to do it the old fashioned way and actually talk to each other. that isnt a bad plan as i always enjoy the converstion with tracy anyways. i'll try to make time to contact you on monday and see if my order processed or not. a.j. thiel

i know you wont have any problems with the crusty trusty dodge, but if the trailer gives you any fits i am at westgate on 80-90 if your taking that way to lansing.

mike- your truck looks great. i am in paint stage for mine now. we painted misc. frame parts this weekend. i will be painting rims pretty soon and noticed the gray rims on your truck. did you match gray from anything? i wasn't sure how to find a good rim color yet. my chassis and cab are green. i did put a new image in my garage photos of parts hanging in paint bay. we are working on body panels now, but progress is slow. thanks, aj

my daugher has a mac. do you not need virus protection with these? she was trying to explain the difference in computers but i dont know enough about the mac yet.

in the back of my photo archive mack book it lists the B53 as built from 1962-1966 with 2,625 units built. -

i decdided to only use my b61t for parades and exhibition and such when i get er done. so i took my pto off from the working days. the only trailer i could see behind me now might be a little flat trailer or something. basically, it depends on your own intentions. -
is there some advantage to doing this? please explain the logic or need for a conversion like this.

here is pic of my frame rail. my serial number is towards the bottom of the rail. i'm sure everyone can tell us if all the years are approx the same spot.(as far as at the bottom or middle or whatever.) you might try cleaning towards the bottom a little more though. i know it was really interesting and helpful to receive info from mack museum after finding the serial #. i dont really have much expertise myself, but i tore my truck down to frame myself and cab is at body shop now. i am still amazed at the parts i found available to put it all back together. good luck with your project. aj -

i update my med card every 2 years and my employer keeps this record. and of course i carry my updated card. i have never been asked at license bureau for proof of med card. it is not recorded on license anywhere. you just need it if you get pulled over.

i had one of the best holidays ever- a friend of mine invited me to come out to colorado and spend the weekend. we rode 4-wheelers on friday and rafted the colorado river on saturday. that is such beautiful country out there. then we got back home to ohio before we wore out our welcome.

the first dozer i ran as a kid was a 310 Case. it had a clutch with a 3 speed transmission. remember when backhoes had 2 seats? one for driving and one for digging?
