  1. You know, you have a point Bob. The doors on the MD look about the same. I never really paid much attention because I just assumed it was a totally new designed cab from the look of the hood. The company im leased on to has a few MD company trucks. Ill have to look them over a little closer now lol.
  2. Gotcha. I always knew the fiberglass doors from CH and MH looked the same, but always wondered if there were small differences that would cause fitment issues.
  3. Not to hijack the thread here, but you're saying the MH and CH doors WILL interchange you think? I've often wondered about that and I never actually tried it for myself to know for sure. Thank for the info @fjh
  4. @Vladislav from what I've encountered, the QL4551M is whats on RW Superhauler 2 and MH Ultraliner 1/4"( or 6mm) thick rail frames. On the the double frame RW or MH, I've seen 9QL4551M2 used. Also, I've seen 9QL4551M2 used on single frame RW2 and MH with 1/4" thick spacer plates in between the crossmember and rails. The ones used on the R models were i believe 9QL4551M8. The were a bit more narrow to accommodate the narrow frame rails of those trucks.
  5. When you say "democrats", are you talking about the same people that like open borders and support illegals coming into the country to commit crimes? Came you name some examples of this "health standard" being destroyed? I cant really think of anything. Changes, maybe.....but every administration that comes thru does that. They always have and always will. One of the most reckless examples of this was the Obama era. Alot of people got the shaft on that entire deal with the Affordable Care Act, and some people benefited from the Affordable Care Act. Thats just the way it is. Tariffs? I cant honestly say they're really affecting me. Maybe im a lucky one. Can't say, but I have yet to see any significant things that makes me hate the current administration on tariffs. I do like the fact that hes actually trying to make the other countries compromise instead of letting the other countries rip America off at every turn. That part im satisfied with as an American. Weather it will work? i dont know....I guess time will tell. The current administration hasn't even been in office a full year yet. Do you think these things improve our country over night??? It takes time. Immigration? Yeah, that has helped me. I'm noticing a reduction in the foreigners that are driving trucks and causing alot of issues, accidents, rate cutting and basically trashing every facility they visit. They bring nothing but negatives to the trucking industry. Everything from incompetence to destroying rates and raising insurance premiums. I see all that first hand, so I can speak on that subject. Not sure where you got the idea of education being destroyed, but I think you better do your own research instead of hanging on to every word the leftwing activists say and the corrupt media says..... And take a break from CNN, MSNBC and pretty much ever othe news outlet for awhile. That stuff is ment to divide the nation and alot of people are taking the bait.
  6. I have a 200 series front diff with air actuated style power divider laying in my shop as a spare or parts. Unfortunately I dont have a non-air actuated style to compare parts with, but I know the outter cam is different like Joey said because it has teeth for the sliding clutch. The sliding clutch slides on the input shaft to lock it to outter cam ( thus engaging power divider) Asfar as the main power divider housing, I dont know if they are different, but I took a picture of the part# for you to compare to yours. Its a 36KN59 casted on the top side of the housing. I dont know if any of this helps, but I thought id post it incase you need part numbers from a air actuated 200 series power divider.
  7. Thats a good question. Also, and maybe you know the answer, but I've heard the CH doors are not compatible a MH. Any idea if thats true or not?
  8. The way they did the Robert E Lee monument was a disgrace and the state of Virginia allowed it. That was tough to watch.
  9. Ahhh man. Yeah I understand what you mean. My wife wont eat it either. Luckily our kids love it and so do i so im lucky there. Yes, the aujus and creamy horseradish sauce with prime rib is hard to beat!
  10. Joey i see you're into the smoker stuff. I've been thinking of someday trying a prime rib in the smoker. I heard people do it, but id have to read up on the particulars. You haven't by chance done such a thing have you?
  11. Hah, I appreciate it. Im better at driving trucks and tearing stuff up than cooking.
  12. Hey I should mention that the Sous Vide method is basically a water bath. It requires a vacuum seal bag and a circulation pump to heat the water. Keeps the temp really consistent on the meat, you cant mess it up. Its a little unconventional, but it's the best method I've ever found for prime rib. Basically takes the guess work out of it. After its finished in the sous vide, I sear it at 500° for about 10-15 minutes to get a nice outer crust.
  13. I forgot to mention, I use a Sous Vide method to cook the prime rib. That one i cooked for around 12 hours. At about 131°.
  14. I like to salt and pepper it some and let it set in the fridge for about a day or so, then pull it out and coat it with some butter and a premixed recipe called Prime Rib rub from Kinders.
  15. I appreciate it guys. We all like some good cooking in this group. Sorry it took up 4 different posts, I kept having issues with multiple pics in my original post.
  16. Oh man, they can be a pain! Sometimes heat and an air hammer gently going around the outside of the barrel where the gland nut threads are can help loosen them up and then a GOOD spanner wrench to get the gland nut off....but it can take a while. Good luck!
  17. Been working on a prime rib
  18. Same to you Paul! (Eventhough you're in Ireland, I guess you can still be thankful)
  19. Yeah thats the scary thing, nowadays even when you know they are handing us lies there's still alot of people that aren't smart to using their head and question it. And like you said, with AI involved now its going to be much worse.
  20. That is one sweet looking old RD!!
  21. Id like to have one for an MH im redoing. Not 100% if its the correct spline, but ill do some research on that.
