  3. FYI, I checked all my torque rods on my truck with Neway.....im not sure what your axle spacing is on yours, so could be different but id say side to side rods are the same no matter. I had 17QF460P245 for the front to back rods, and 17QF464p183 for side to side rods. Atro came up with these rods as replacements. I thought they were pretty reasonable. TR62-41245 24.50" inches long TR62-41183 18.25" inches long
  4. My 88 MH with Neway has the 9QL4551M2 with spacers crossmembers for the rearmost crossmember with the shock mount brackets bolted on it. You may have to punch new holes use them. Im not sure if the bolt pattern is the same as your current crossmember. Here's a document showing the different style crossmember Mack used.
  5. Between Goodys Truck parts in toledo and browsing LQK, Heavy Truck Parts and Ebay i usually find alot of stuff im looking for. Being you're up in Minnesota, Vanderhags is one place to look. I know awhile back they had an early 90s MH cabover they parted out. Not sure if there's anything left but they have several yards. Also, C&H Truck Parts in Nebraska i know for a fact has some MH Ultraliner and possibly a RW Superliner out there. https://candhtruck.com/ The Superliner2 and Ultraliner of the mid-late 80s share the same frames, so a MH Ultraliner crossmember will work on your RW Superliner.
  6. @FarnorthMN I was looking at my 1988 MH613 with Neway air ride. It has this style rear cross member on it which is also a very popular crossmember Mack used for rear, mid and at the cab. The part number is 9QL4551M. Mine has 2 of those back to back. They are 1/2" thick steel. You can find these used pretty easy. PG Adams also make these exact crossmembers and the quote i got from them was $257.05 a piece. Here's a couple internet pics of the 9QL4551M crossmember

I've bought a few crossmembers before from these guys in North Carolina, and they do ship. https://dexheavydutyparts.com/search-results/ if you browse thru their inventory using the search bar on their website, you can sift through there and might even find you a new old stock. They were good about getting me good measurements on the ones I bought from them. As @Vladislav said, that rear cross member is a pretty common one that waa used on various suspension setups. Worse case scenario is you might have to punch different holes for your shock mount brackets, but that should be easy enough.
  8. Trust me I totally understand. I have a MH Ultraliner im doing right now and im putting new frame rails and adding double frame all the way back. I decided on new crossmembers because im double framing it, so my old ones were to wide. The truck didn't have a Neway, but I might have one of the crossmembers you need since you have a RW2. Ill look at my stash and see if I have one.
  9. Check these out. You can still find these, but ill warn you they are expensive. I bout some for one of my old MH cabovers and it wasn't cheap. I might add, buying the rod and an entire assembly is tough to find, but if you look for each end separately they seem easier to locate. Example: 900 44 636 you can find, and 900 44 635 appears available, but to try to find SRK-121 seems to be a challenge. Also, as mentioned by @Geoff Weeks , atro should be able to find you the bushings if you go with the poly style.
  10. Theres alot of good info here. This group is bout the best there is to get info on this older Macks. Even the dealers usually cant get you the info you need alot of times anymore. I just rebushed the ARD 238 on one of my trucks awhile back. They couldn't really tell me which neway I had, but they were kind enough to give me some part numbers. So then digging through parts books and taking measurements was how i was able to figure out what i actually had and get what i needed. The good thing is you can still find the bushings, bolts and shocks for these older Neways suspensions. The other parts like equalizer beams or transverse beams and brackets are tough to find unless you find a good parts truck. I have found quite a bit of NOS parts on ebay from time to time when all else fails. Hope this helps you figure out what you have bud.

  12. Heres a little chart to help you kind of determine what series Neway you have. In my Neway parts manual it lists the various crossbeams, hangers, transverse beam and shocks. The size of the big nut on the equalizer beam that the transverse beam bushings ride on. The ARD 125/244 has the bigger 1-1/4 thread nut, while the ARD 120/234 and ARD 238 use the 1-1/8 nut.
  13. Its hard to say without some more info. The ADZ is the newer Neway series. Yours is the ARD series. Theres a few tell tell signs of what rating it is. Are the airbag pedestals angled or straight? What is the size of the nut that hold on the crossbeam (transverse beams) bushings together? Are the front hangers angled or are they straight?

  15. Here's what I came up with. Filled it with coolant, and hooked it up. Zip tied it to the upper radiator hose. Works great!
  16. And here's the 18 speed style splitter gear with the roller bearing style. You can't really see the rollers, but the bearing sits behind that bolt and thick washer. Much better design than the 13 speed style splitter gear.
  17. Here's upclose carnage of the pushing. When the splitter fork is shifted to the high position while the transmission is in low range, its pushing the sliding clutch into that bushing and the bushing cant rotate (spin) with that sliding clutch as it engages and it burns up the bushing and splitter gear.
  18. Yes, thats very true. Also, the auxiliary box mainshaft and splitter gear are different as well. Something else, eventhough the final output ratios are the same between the RTLO18918B and RTLO18913A, basically all the other ratios are different. Here is what a RTLO18913a that someone plumbed up as an 18 speed without changing the aux splitter gear with the extra mainshaft bearing.
