  1. Old number 14QK2107, new number 85105666 which is available for order. They look like they're a Monroe 66891.
  2. I love the sound of those EMD diesels, especially the 16-645 in the SD40-2 series. I do love the roots-blown motors too, sounds like a beefy tractor.
  3. That harness very much so is unavailable nationwide. There is a single dealer showing one: Gabrielli Truck in Bloomsbury, NJ; I'd call them and see if you can buy it from them. Other than that, a VOR order using your VIN is your only way to get one.
  4. I'd have to have either the part number or your VIN to see if I have a lead on the harness.
  5. I do want to clarify, that will only help if the harness is taking on oil from the oil pan plug, we've seen the same problem up at the valve cover where the injector harness plug is. Our solution as a dealer was to replace the whole harness in that case, due to the amount of oil that contaminated it.
  6. There's an FSB out there about using an anti-wicking pigtail to keep oil from entering the harness from the oil level/temp sensor in the pan. The bulletin states you shouldn't need to re place the harness, but that depends on if there was any damage caused by the oil intrusion. Here's that bulletin; the pigtail kit is available. 7. They sold a lot of obsolete parts to a company called Lippert, but it's very spotty what they have.
  8. But hey, in order for me to get a CDL, I have to either take a lot of time off work, or not have weekends for several months. Surely this keeps bad drivers from ever getting a CDL, right?
  9. Sales figures probably has a lot to do with it, we somewhat purge old inventory when we have a chance.
  10. The part number for 105 is 25115926, any dealer should be able to get that for you EASILY. and if they can't, I would recommend giving their manager a shout and telling him. This is stupid easy to order, they don't even have to look it up! The drag link is 13QC45BP28, it's been obsoleted from Mack, and PAI seems to have given up on it as well. Not sure where else to look other than having one custom made.
  11. Best number I could find for the LH steering gear is 8148-M100PPJ3R, Mack has them in stock. It's a reman Sheppard.
  12. Steering arm but not Pitman arm, I would assume it would be one of these below: No87 is 5QH3281B, superseded to 25119672. No105 is 5QH3245B, superseded to 25115926. Both are available to order from Mack.
  13. Any way you can order a Benchmade Infidel? I've been wanting on for a while, and if Watt's has a good price on them I might bite.
  14. A little in the wrong spot, but it's alright. It's not 100% because I can't diagnose anything over the air, but I can't help but wonder if your ABS "transducers" are faulting. They're the pressure sensors in the passthrough, usually near the brake pedal. They look like this, US part number is 22443498. Don't know if that's the same for Jordan or not!
  15. 23961839 is the fan belt, 23961764 is the accessory belt.
  16. 23961839 is your part number.
  17. I'm seeing 23961839 as the part number on two different CXU613's, but I'd want a VIN (or at least the last 8 of it) to confirm.
  18. Pretty sure they are, and by pulling the fuse or relay, you'd have no lights. A dealer might be able to reprogram the DRL off, but I'm not 100 sure.
  19. From what I gather from Impact, it's on the suction side hose that runs from the firewall to the compressor (It's the bigger hose, less pressure). There's no pictures online of them, nor do I have one to take a picture of, so here's the breakdown in Impact. It may or may not be accurate to the real hose.
  20. We had an older MR trash truck come in needing a DPF, and of course the OEM DPF was unavailable at the time. We put an aftermarket in after the customer approved, only for it to come back a few weeks later with the same issues as previous. Found out the filter media had broken apart from the DPF housing, and was causing issues by being able to move around. Hate that going OEM seems like the only option, lots of money in Volvo's pocket.
  21. I have very little experience on their quality, but their parts are EXPENSIVE. And hard to look up. We're not an actual Autocar dealer, but I've had to order parts for them frequently and man, is that website frustrating! Really slow, I mean REALLY slow!
  22. Reading his write-up, it sounds like his EGR fault was preventing a regen, which it will, with an aftermarket EGR valve. I'm not a tech, but I stopped finding aftermarket NOx sensors because they would always come back a week or so later, and I would bet EGR valves are the same way. I've only ever sold OEM EGR valves because no one in my networks even carries aftermarket valves.
