It a Ford H model ,also called the two story Falcon. Ford took a C model added the fiberglass panels to space it up into a Class 8 road truck. Quick fix when the GM Cracker box and the Dodge 1000 came out. The cover on the old fender wells is a tool box /storeage compartment. Paul

Damn man you could made a neat sleeper!!. Didn't you know the drive train is all Detroit based?? My uncle did machine shop work for Raymond Corsann Rolls Royce in Queens. The 6 was a GMC 302, the V8 372 Cadillac that R/R got as Unassembled partially machined castings, same on the Hydromatic (neutral,drive,2nd,low,reverse). The rears were licenced made Ford 1/1/4 ton truck with the servo activated Mechanical brakes that wouldn't stop in reverse til the servo turned 180 degrees. Still neat cars!

I was working near Riverheads Gabreski Airport when the 106th Rescue Wing took off with almost the full unit, followed a few minutes later by the 2 C-130s from the 213th Engineeers Squadron based there. I called home to see what was going on and found out about the attack. Truely a sad day. We, on a few occasions could smell the fires from over 70 miles east. I haven't been to lower Manhatten since. But, we have 3 collleges near us, go through the student parking lot and it looks like an obammy bumper sticker farm. student loans that the feds now run......pay us when you can. you get a job in your chosen field out of college and your below average on the pay scale....don't worry the feds will make up the difference...Well I'm paying $4.26 to $4.59 a gallon for fuel because of the grand plans. That cuts into my "pay scale"....guess I'm stupid because I just work more hours and cut out things to make it up. We saw lady with done hair and nails ,dressed to the nines using food stamps. Left with over $300 in groceries and got in a 7 series BMW. She did have her Obammy for president sticker on ot though. I was raised that you take care of you and yours, you want it....work for it, public assistance was helping somebody out, Nothing is a "god give right" not health care, not welfare, not even a home. You want any of that stuff work for it or don't get it. And yes I do agree that there are some legit cases of need, unfortunatly they seem to be a minority. Bullhusk, remember Hoffa said to "take the s.o.b.s out" and the president didn't say a word.....sounds like a plan to me.
