    no didnt see it.. just some words,,, its still not cool.. yeah there are cartoons posted that show funny and sarcastic images,,, I just dont see 'hatred' but it's all good because we have a 1st amendment, and it need's to be respected... as well as used freely... I would still change youre tire for you if i came up on you in a rain storm and you needed help.... Jojo

    for what it s worth.. I lived in Maine for 25 years and I have gotten to know many Canadian's and French Canadian's.... I love you guy's,, been saying it for decades. When I meet a Canadian even here in N.C. I know (1.).. I always say how much I love you guy's... I'm no Rambo... But I would protect any one of you as if you were my brother.. I may be on a tangent, but really don't care.. God Bless, North America,, the Continent !!!! BTW.... I know enough to not 'F' with a "Mounty"... jojo

    you guys are very kind... I really care about every one here and the newbies. and if I have the info, I am glad to post it.. it's a brotherhood.. and there are so many smart guys here, all 3 of you guys as well, and we ALL give our knowledge.. This is fun for me and I have never been that guy in the shop that wont tell the secrets... Jojo

    on top left of the tranny, is a wide rectangular plug. that should be where the speed sensor wires are . notice VJ2 #11 and VJ2 #12... those are the wires for the sensor. jojo

    try this,,, see if the wires at the sensor are broken up stream. if that doesnt show results, the white wire at the sensor plug has the circuit printed on it... for example: VJ-1 - 22- 0.5.... that means: VECU plug number 1, pin number 22. wire size in .05.. the wire size is no biggie, but you can trace the wire using the code, and you can un-plug the VECU plug and ohm out the wire. yes you will need to make an extension wire, but its do-able. you put the DVOM on 'audible' and wiggle the wires along the harness, and listen for the ringing to stop, then you can locate the weak point in the circuit..

    I just did a set of these in an '86 superliner.. It went well.. I have an old '+nut' that i cut grooves in to make a chaser for the threads.. it works good for cleaning the threads without cutting them.. the new kits DO NOT come with new '+nut's'.. just FYI... jojo

    for sure, I live in the southeast now, so rust is not very common.. like it was when I lived in Maine.. I dont use torches near as much, I still reassemble with anti seize wherever possible. jojo

    just get both ends apart and use the old pin to see if the boss's in the beams are worn out... it will be easy to see.. if they are a little bit worn and the bushings in the knuckle are wicked bad, but not worn into the knuckle,, you may just be able to put a new king pin set in it and get by just fine.. jojo

    yes sir.. 20+ years ago I was taught to hand reem the bushing's... but after that the bushings were re-vamped and the reeming became buffing.. it still produces a quality fit.. I appreciate you so much.. not my thread, but i dont care. you have the smart's... jojo

    that is so true Mech.. good point. once the dirt and hard grease is out, it can be loosy goosy... so true.. I hope his beam is good.. i expect it is.. not a hard job, the hard part is the anticipation of the cost.. jojo

    yes Mech, however, i have buffed them to get a smooth snug fit, because when they get driven in there will be a bit of a peaned over edge, but it can be buffed/ chamfered with a flapper wheel or by hand with that little wiggly tool that I cant name.. oop's... jojo
