    Realistically, Traton are the only One Interested In navistar.. A little bit of patience & they'll win out. I'm surprised that CNH (iveco) haven't been scoping out a Deal, They're the Only other possible Candidate (In my Opinion).

    When you had the belt Off, Did you give everything (Alternator,Fan Hub, Idler pulley, ECT.) a Spin By hand. to see if there's a bad bearing somewhere ???

    Both My Ute (pickup) & My Wife's car have TPMS. & like you, I was very sceptical of newfangled Gadgetery. But I have to admit They've picked up slow leaks in Tyres on more than one occasion.

    The Mercedes Benz trucks We get here are available with TPMS. (I think Scania are too) Most Logging Trucks are Fitted with an Aftremarket Central Tyre Inflation (CTI) system, which incorporated TPMS.

    The Ford l series were a very Popular well regarded Truck, In fact in the mid 90's they were the Biggest selling heavy Truck down here .You still see the odd one still working fora Living.. Big cams & Cat 3406B's were pretty popular back in the day...

    This Old girl is Still working every Week & still does the occasional Interstate Trip. He only Fitted the Sleeper in the last Yr.Prior to That he'd roll his Swag (bedroll) out under the Trailer..
