  1. actually, i would be more suspect of a high mile over the road truck than a local run truck. the local truck is most likely very well maintained by the same mechanic who has it in garage at least once a week.. the over the road truck on the other hand usually gets service when thought of, or when it breaks, by a truck stop monkey who will most likely never see it again.
  2. i just tried and was able to access with no issues.
  3. public hangings? nah. strip them naked, stake them down over a fire ants nest, and cover with honey! 😁
  4. and it is still illegal to shoot criminals.
  5. so true. i have a 2014 F250 4X4 6.2 gas engine and 6 speed trans. it gets around 8-9 mpg around town and 14-15 out on the highway. while in the body shop after getting run over they gave me a 2020 loaner. 4X4 5.0 10 speed. it got 20 around town and 28 on the highway.
  6. if i remember correctly, that is the difference between solid mount cab(flat mount with biscuit) and air ride cab. (pivot mount)
  7. even the cdc is now saying the test can not tell the difference between omnicorn and a common cold. or the bad beer bug and the flu. but people still believe everything big brother says, because there is no way big brother would ever lie to the citizens.
  8. agreed. i figured they have 55 gallon drums of that red paint in the back of the shop.
  9. that is true, but those trucks also were usually washed at the end of the day, and parked indoors. i know a guy that has a three year old truck that looks like it is 30 years old. on the same lines, my old 99 R model still looks like it rolled off the showroom floor.
  10. i don't think so Larry. ain't no way a dump truck will run the roads here for 50+ years without falling apart and being completely rebuilt 5-6 times.
  11. i really doubt he would have put that much work into the truck without inspecting the cab mounts for issues.
  12. welcome to BMT. by any chance did you mean Reed Valves? if so, no. Reed Valves were used in two stroke engines, not four stroke engines.
  13. don't know if Mack did, but there are companies out there that converted them. Marmon Harrington is one. nu yawk city had a few they used in the landfills as lowboy tractors for pulling broken dozers off the workface back to the shops. they also had allison transmissions in them.
  14. it means coolant level is low. the low coolant sensor is about 3 or 4 inches or so down in the radiator. when cold the coolant level is lower than when hot. a gallon or so should turn the light off. there is a hot and cold level on the fill tank.
  15. America used more coal to fire power plants in 2021 than it has since 2014. so i would say that is probably true.
  16. they are not for the poor. they are being installed so the case workers can charge their duracells when they visit to give away free stuff to ensure they vote for demonrats.
  17. first thing i would look for is rust/rot at welds and suspension connections. also cracks in the main beams.
  18. and they will all come back positive, because they do not make money on a negative test. i stopped at the condo to check the mail on the way home. government letter addressed to dad. you guessed it, he has to quarantine cause he has the BS flu. and he died 18 months ago. i am going to call the county health department tomorrow and ask how dead people can test positive.
  19. yup. it is much more important to arrest people that are trying to get something to eat without the poison in their systems than it is to arrest the "peaceful protesters" that are stealing anything that is not bolted down.
  20. That are mailing out the 500 million kits that will not be allowed to be used after Saturday because they do not work.. This way the government will still pay themselves for the test kits
  21. there are A LOT of idiots out there that are proud to admit they voted for the brain dead moron simply because he is not Donald Trump.
  22. when my 05 did that it was a bad AC high pressure switch.
  23. yup. the us macks had the same dash dimmer switch. DM, R, RD, and superliner all had them. i cant remember if the B815 had one though. i want to say yes it did, but not sure.
