  1. I have replaced 2 myself and never put in a code. Runs and idles fine.
  2. I just got around to doing this. Worked great. I used a 2 prong plug for the sensor wire and positive and a single plug for ground. It can all be unplugged to remove dash.
  3. I had same thing happen. Turned out to be a sucked valve seat.
  4. If the speedo reads speed but the trip meter dont work I would say its in the speedo. If thats what your talking about.
  5. If you go by the marks on the flywheel say 1/6 that doesnt mean you can set either. 1 or 6 could be on the overlap. If on 1/6 check both cylinders to see which is on the overlap {the valves will be partially opened}. If 1 on overlap do 6 or visa versa.
  6. Is that common for the freeze plugs to come out.? That happened to me and I ended up drilling them and installing a roll pin. No problem since.
  7. All done and powder coated. What ya think, leave the stack chrome or flat black also.?

  10. Antifreeze will seep through the sensor through the plug and into the wires. Get a new plug and splice as far away from plug as you can.
  11. turn cruise off and hit the up down button to the left and it will flash a code.
  12. Whats the lightest drum out there and the best deal. 10 hole hub piloted.
  13. I called eaton, which is now dana spicer and they said to go with 328342. This is a pre-fit bronze bushing.
  14. I have a 2000 ch with a Eaton axle E-1200I. They make so many kits which is the best.? I was told by a few people to get the bushings you have to ream. Looking online all i can find is no ream. Any suggestions.?

  16. OK Thanks. I just sent a sample to Blackstone yesterday. Hopefully it will be ok. Dont know why its gaining oil.? A fresh rebuild should be using some.
  17. Wouldnt the oil cooler leak oil into antifreeze.? Had this happen. There is 60psi on the oil and 10 psi on the coolant. I would think the 60 would win.
  18. you mean SB-221-038.? I thought that was about the Delta seal kit.? I read it again and it said nothing about not changing EUPS. It was just about the DELTA seals and installation I was referring to your post about the shaft being worn on the EUP.? Is there a fix for that.?

  21. Thanks. I replaced the the transfer pump yesterday and checked it with air pressure and seal wasnt leaking. I guess the eup seals is all thats left. Thanks

  23. I changed the oil and ran it. Checked the next day, it was right at mark on dipstick. 6 weeks later its 5/16" above mark. Seems to be gaining 1/16 a week, which is about 1200 miles. Any ideas.? Maybe getting past the rings.? Has about 10,000 on overhaul. Thanks for any help.
