I don't have time to look right now, but there are some articles and photos on the web re AC powered Kenworths. IIRC part of the reason for their failure as a truck engine was that they were not built to run at steady, lower rpms in highway use.

I'd rather have a functioning pedal that is not connected to anything. We had a 2 pedal truck at work that was used as a spare in an otherwise all manual fleet. I'm lucky i didn't break any bones while slamming my left foot to the floor before turning the key. -
The Spelling Fairy (Olivetroad) is going to hit you with his wand when he sees that one. And if there's no Tooth Fairy, who the hell stole my teeth after they fell out? I was saving them for the day that Al Gore would invent the Internet and Ebay to see what I could get for them. I bet it would've been a hell of a lot more than the usual 2 bits that cheap azz tooth thief used to leave.

Excellent, but what's the deal with the bumpers? The ends will not hold paint. We had one delivered 3 weeks ago that is losing it's paint and another one is peeling after encountering a hail storm with 133 miles on the odometer. -

I just finished talking about the West Middlesex (Hermitage) terminal in another thread. That's because the troublemakers come out after dark. One in particular showed up there last night around 10 pm and again around 2 am. Claims to be a Mack fan but drives a Sterling with, get this, a MERCEDES engine. What a jackoff. One of the old trucks in the pic above that one may be a White 9000.
